I love this company. Every interaction I've had with them has been an immediate response, and beyond helpful. I went out of town and the motor on my water fountain died (probably my fault) and not only did they not point fingers or punish me for it (for waiting a couple months to contact them), but they are sending a new one free of cost (without having the return the previous one and incurring return shipping costs). I was expecting to be penalized for waiting for so long. You'd be lucky to get this kind of customer service anywhere. Not only is the customer service amazing, but the products are great prices. You've definitely gained a loyal customer! Thank you!

In addition to a great variety of pet toys, Chewy.com has top-notch customer service! I highly recommend them for both reasons. Recently I ordered some Christmas gifts from them and one item did not arrive in time for Christmas. When I called to ask about it, the phone rang only a couple of times, and I was pleasantly surprised that I got to speak with a real person! That was enough to keep me coming back to their 'store'. I was surprised again, when my review about the delayed item was responded too very quickly and even more pleasantly surprised when they sent me some items to make up for the delayed item! I don't think I'll buy another pet toy anywhere else as long as they are around and I suspect that will be for a long time based on how they treat their customers. Thank YOU Chewy.com!

Chewy is awesome. I just called to return a bag of kitten food I didn't want (nothing wrong with it, just decided to keep my little guy on a wet food only diet), and not only did they refund my money immediately--they told me to keep the bag and donate it to a shelter! So awesome. Highly recommended.

One of my fur babies need to have special prescription food. It was very expensive to buy and half the time was out of stock. I found Chewy.com and was amazed at their prices. After reading some reviews I placed my order. I got a email asking for my cats prescription card and I took a picture with my phone and sent it to them. The wrote a email back thanking me, who does that? I then noticed that I had placed my order wrong, I need the moderate calorie version of the food so I contacted the customer service at 6 am. They were helpful and very friendly. The happily changed the order and told me I should get my food on Wednesday, however it arrive on Tuesday! I love Chewy.com and recommend it to anyone.

I have been ordering my cat's prescription food from them for 6 months and everything has been great! Their customer service is excellent. Every time I have called, they have always been friendly and helpful. Their shipping time is lightening fast and their prices are always the cheapest too! What more could I ask for? Keep up the great work chewy.com. I'll never order from anywhere else.

Chewy use to be a great little company, but a few bad apples have indeed spoiled the bunch. It's true they refund merchandise with no questions asked, but products were routinely damaged, which became irritating. The staff used to be the best thing about Chewy until my last experiences. I wrote a review of a product that I didn't like and mentioned that it wasn't delivered by Chewy for nearly 2 weeks. A Chewy staff member wrote me an e-mail to scold me for writing the review. He mentioned that the reviews can only be about the product. Bull. I can write whatever I want about the product and it's delivery and I certainly don't need to be admonished for it. What's the sense of having reviews if you don't want customers to be candid and limit what they can write about their purchasing experience? Ridiculous. Finally, I recently called to ask a question. The kid who answered the phone kept referring to and addressing me by my e-mail address and would not stop even when asked. Whoever trained him to do that is obtuse. When I called back, the next representative was also obnoxious and addressed me the same way. Put a fork in it, Chewy.

100% Satisfaction and they mean it. I purchased a watering fountain for our pet and was unhappy with the overall size. One 2 min phone call to Chewy return dept. and not only was refund issued they said they didn't even need the item returned and I could donate it. I was shell shocked. Chewy means what they say and have earned a loyal customer.
