I started using chewy at Christmas, my fiancé and I have two dogs together. We decided to by them both new crates. I was putting one of the crates on my card and one of the crates on his. So in the end I had two orders for the same thing, shipped to the same address with different payments. Within 30 minutes of placing my order I got a phone call from a very polite woman saying she was from chewy and wanted to confirm that I actually meant to order two dog crates. WOW! What other company does that!? Since I had so much success with them I decided to start ordering their food each month to ship to my address (bonus was it was a food that I have heard amazing reviews on but can't find it anywhere around me). Two months into it I get a HANDWRITTEN postcard from them thanking me for my service. Again I was amazed that they would take the time to do that! After I forgot to change my credit card on my account when I got a new one I got an email from them saying hey we need new payment, they listed a 1-800 number I thought Oh great this is going to take forever. I called, within two rings I got a human, again extremely polite, and I told her my issue she asked if this was "..." (my name) which I paused then said yes, they knew me by just looking up my phone number. Within three minutes I had changed my payment and was off the phone. I will continue to use this site as long as I have pets!

I've been ordering from Chewy.com for several years now. They have the best turn-around time, and customer service. You can't beat your pet food showing up on your doorstep on a regular basis. No hassle of having to go to pet store and lug that heavy bag to the car, and then from the car into the house. And they have free shipping on orders of 49$ or more. Thanks Mr. Chewy

I've ordered various products from Chewy about a dozen times. Often if you spend $50 items ship for free. The prices are great in comparison to PetSmart and Petco and it's the same products. Not only that but they carry so many superior quality pet items. Once I ordered a liquid product that leaked and customer service was friendly and helpful. They responded to my email within 20 minutes and shipped out another item free of charge. A tried and true company.

We ordered a dog crate which was an excellent price and was shipped to us free. Once we received the crate we realized it was to big. When I called to return it they refunded me the full amount and then asked me to donate the crate to a shelter! How amazing is that! This is a truly caring company! When you call you get a actual person to talk to from the beginning. Also our order came in 2 days without express shipping. Chewy.com offers many product options for your pet. Competitive prices. Fast delivery. And their customer service is AMAZING. Once I ordered a leash that broke within the month and they replaced it with a new one and shipped it to me the next day. On another occasion my puppy chewed a mat that I ordered from them to pieces and although it was entirely NOT their fault, they refunded my money. No questions asked. And every so often I receive a post card to check that all is okay with my dog and something that I specifically ordered for him. Hand written. To me, that's personalized attention that shouldn't go unnoticed. I highly recommend this site for your pets needs.

I have actually never written a review about a company before, but my experience with Chewy.com deserves recognition. Chewy has superior customer service, sincere morals, and a genuine love for all animals. I am so impressed and would recommend to anyone with a pet.
