I just received my second holiday card from Chewy....HANDWRITTEN (trust, I've scrutinized this heck out of the cards due to disbelief)!!! Seems like one heck of a company that really cherishes it's customer base. I am a price comparison freak, and found Chewy to be above and beyond the most cost effective. Because of the low pricing, paired with free and FAST shipping (I always receive my order in 2 days), and this second handwritten holiday card....I am a Chewy.com believer!

We ordered some items for our dogs and they got here in less than a week! On top of that we accidentally ordered two items and had only wanted one, when we received the order we only received one of the items but we were charged for two. Long story short after less than five friendly minutes with a lady on the phone we got a full refund little to no questions asked! They were very awesome to work with and we will be ordering from them again! On top of that their black Friday sale was AMAZING! Love this company!

I have been ordering cat food from Chewy for about a year. They are the best, food gets delivered very fast and the website is easy to use. The auto ship helps you save some money. They sent my cats a wonderful Christmas card! Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best customer service ive ever had. Always a prompt response and everyone is always so kind and helpful to sort out the problem. Shipping is always immediate. I will always buy from this company!

I've been ordering my cats' food from Chewy.com for over a year. Not only are their prices competitive and their website very easy to use, but their customer service is in a completely different orbit from any online retailer I've ever used. Every single time there's been an issue with my order, whether because the product was out of stock or there was a problem with my payment, I've received a prompt email or phone follow-up from a representative, with a name, in English. They've responded to all of my questions and even recommended alternatives when my first choice wasn't available. I will always buy from these guys, they're doing it right.

I order all my pet food from chewy.com. Their prices are reasonable, ordering is easy, free and super fast shipping on orders $49 or over. Excellent customer service. They even sent us a Christmas card!

I dont see how this company could get any thing other than a 5 star rating. They are so amazing. I get my orders in just a couple days, they offer products that I can not get locally and their customer service is top notch. The other day I accidentally ordered the wrong dog food (adult big dog instead of adult small dog) so i called their customer service number and right off the bat A HUMAN ANSWERED! No push 1 for customer service or anything! I explained that I ordered the wrong dog food (that it was my fault not theirs) and He said thats no problem! He refunded me the money for the wrong bag, went a head and ran my information for the right bag, and when i asked him for a return label so i could get the wrong bag back to them he said to just donate it to a local shelter!!! I have never dealt with a company like this before and this is where i will always buy anything i need for my puppy :)

Just two days ago I had received my usual delivery of three cases of canned rabbit. Today, unexpectedly, I had to put Tucker my beloved Bouvier to sleep. Ouch. That hurt. Imagine my surprise when I contacted Chewy to return their unopened merchandise and was received with nothing short of a hug right through the phone line. Jessica K could not have been more genuinely concerned. She reassured me that my account would be taken care of and suggested I take those cases of food to a pet charity of my choice, when I was "ready"... All I can say is WOW and THANK YOU. I needed that kindness at that moment more than you could know. I will continue to recommend Chewy.com to all my crazy animal loving friends and I'm sure I too will be back, when I am "ready"....
