I use this site to ship my dogs' food every 6 weeks. They are never late, always email me before the shipment is processed and charged, and their prices can't be beat. And their customer service is extremely helpful and timely! Never a single problem, absolutely recommend Chewy.com!

I ordered something using an autoship deal several months back. My husband placed an order today, using the same deal, not knowing that I had done the same previously. They called him almost immediately, stating that someone in the household had used the same credit card for the deal and were extremely rude about an honest mistake. He was confused because he didn't know I had an account with them (it's not like we have long conversations over dinner about where we buy our litter and cat food) and the woman who called was increasingly rude. He cancelled the order AND the autoship. Losing a customer and making them feel like a criminal to save $15?! That's bad service.

This is by far the best company I have ever ordered from. They have competitive prices, speedy fast shipping which has always arrived next day for me and extremely excellent customer service. I will continue to by all of my pet supplies from Chewy.

I choose Chewy because it's easy, convenient and they offer an autoship discount. And best of all, you can change autoship with a click of a button. No hassle, better than competitors. The other day I received an order that was missing a $2 toy. I thought it was dumb to call about it, but I called anyway and the woman I spoke with was EXTREMELY courteous and shipped the toy out within minutes. Hands down best customer service ever. If you have pets, shop Chewy. The website is great, the shipping is fast, and it's just the best. I use it for my two cats because my dad told me he uses it for dog food for his dog. We're a chewy family :)

I order from a variety of places... and from Chewy.com several times. Nowhere has better customer service so Chewy,com is going to be my go-to from now on. Site is easy to navigate, customer service by phone is knowledgeable and nice, shipping is fast and accurate, and return policy is generous and easy to take advantage of.

I was signed up for an auto ship and forget to cancel because I no longer lived at that address. I missed the cancellation by 1 day and the item was en route. Not only did they process a refund despite MY mistake... the agent (Sydney) told me that ifit does arrive there the items do not have to be returned and can be donated to the humane society. What??? Is this for real???? Blown away with the cordiality of this agent and the company's policy! I will be doing business again!!

When our dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis as well as multiple cancers last year, our vet practically demanded we switch his food to a low fat Gi gentle prescription food. Although we wanted to do all that we could to make our Charley comfortable, after a few months of buying the wet and dry food from the vet, we realized we needed to find a more cost effective option. After a bit of research, I found chewy.com and enrolled in their auto ship. Not only did we save about .50 on each can of food, but shipping was free! How convenient! And if I ever needed to make changes, their live customer service reps were always so helpful and their app very easy to use. A few weeks ago, my husband and I had to say goodbye to our beloved Charley when his body finally began to give out. As hard as that was, I knew I wanted to donate his unused food, medicine, and supplies to some organization that could really use it. Sounds easy, but after a week of phone calls, no rescue or shelter would agree to take his specific brand of food for various reasons. With 8 cases of food left, I finally called chewy.com to see what my options for return or donation were. A very nice woman answered the customer service line and as I explained our situation she listened with patience and sincerely seemed to understand our sadness. I never even had to ask if I could receive a refund for a return before she said, " Please don't bother yourself with having to ship all those boxes back to us. We will issue a return for your order in a few days. We are so sorry about the loss of your dog." At this point i was so moved, I just started to bawl. How unbelievably rare that a company would extend such kindness and compassion to a bereaved pet owner?!? I am writing this review in hopes that others will not try to take advantage of this company's benevolence, but that customers will know what a great company chewy.com is and remain loyal in their purchasing power. Thank you again chewy.com, for well, everything. You made our experience, albeit tough, much more bearable. And when we become pet owners again, we will definitely buy our pet's food and supplies from your site. And p.s, we eventually found a rescue organization that we were able to donate all Charley's supplies to...all because of chewy.com's kindness.

I have my dogs food on autoship and every shipping cycle they remind me when I will be charged and for how much! I'm a student, so my bank account fluctuates a lot, and if I need to put money on my card or anything, someone will call me and ask if they need to wait a week or cancel or anything. Also, they send me a handwritten christmas card every year, it's adorable!
