Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I love buying from this site! Getting food is expensive, but it's so much cheaper from this site than any other site I've found, and much less expensive than the local pet stores. Not only is the pricing on the food great, but when I'm buying one big bag, I can buy a small toy to bump the total up to qualify for free shipping! The shipping is always fast and every time I've purchased anything from the site, everything has gone perfectly! I highly recommend this site to anyone!

I accidentally ordered the wrong diabetic dog food. When I called to ask if I could return it, they said no problem. The best pat though is when I asked the address to return it. They asked me if I felt ok donating the food to a local animal shelter!! I about fell out of my seat!! What an awesome company for doing this. And the representative I spoke with could not have been kinder. I was so upset when I realized I screwed up and they totally made my day! AAA+ in my book!

"I ordered KD Science Diet for my sick kitty. Unfortunately, by the time the food came to me my baby had passed away. I explained to them the situation and asked them what the procedure was to return the product to them. I got an email back to them saying "to send any leftover food to a shelter and that they were refunding my money in full" I have to add that this was a substantial refund-not just $20 or so.... uuuuuuh how many companies do this? THIS is the way to keep a customer and because of this I will be a loyal customer for life. I sent the email to my friends and family with pets-I hope they use this company to do business with. I am asking you, the consumer, to hear my story and support companies like this that really do care. Chewy didn't ask me to write this review... this act of kindness was totally unexpected. The ASPCA will be blessed with this prescription food because of this wonderful company... PLEASE support this pet supplier... I ASSURE YOU they are worth it. "

I have ordered several gates from Chewy.com and I just want to say that the quality of the items is superb. They're well priced. But, above all, the customer service is superior to any other company that I have ordered from in the past. They're super friendly and helpful on the phone and it was a pleasure to speak with them. My orders came within just a few days, as promised. So, if you are thinking of ordering through this company, don't hesitate. I am certain you will be glad you did!

I have been ordering dog food for my dog from chewy.com for 3 years and have had just excellent service. I have never had to wait longer than 1 or 2 rings for someone to answer and they always have the special hypoallergenic dog food available and for the best price. When my dog died last week, I called to ask what I should do with the just delivered food and they said not to return it, they instead would refund me for the food and told me to donate it. Then yesterday, a beautiful bouquet arrived from them with their condolences. What a wonderful company, I just can't say enough good things about them.

I absolutely LOVE Chewy.com!!!! They are my go-to website for Maestro's food. They have a huge variety of brands! I've been buying from them since I got Maestro. I always order in bulk! I recently decided to switch him from Halo to Royal Canine (breed specific) puppy kibble and with Chewy's 100% money back guarantee- no hassle- great customer service, I was able to do so, no problem! They refunded me for the extra bags of Halo that I hadn't used yet, no questions asked. They even asked me to donate them to a local shelter, instead of shipping the bags back to them. Alicia was the rep who I chatted with, and she was super helpful and sweet. Thank you so much Chewy.com!

I have purchased many items from chewy.com. I have had a couple of issues (both times my own fault), and their customer service is FABULOUS! I will continue to buy pet products from them, because I know they have customers and (rescue/shelter animals) best interests' at heart. Great company! And very quick shipments!!

The orders are always on time! They have excellent prices on everything too! You save a ton of money ordering off chewy then buying bulk in store! 1-2 day shipping for free, you can't beat that!!!!
