Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Have been driving 16 miles round trip to get pet food and cat litter. We use Wellness for our pets in dry and canned, as well as The Worlds Best Cat Litter. I'd searched online sights and stores closer to me, but they were all very expensive, more than I was paying when purchasing on my 16 mile round tripper. I read reviews about Chewy.com and checked their prices. Their prices for all the brands we use are great. And it's free shipping. I decided to give Chewy.com a try because who wants to spend $$$ on gas at these prices? Plus, shipping to the door-PAWESOME. I placed my order and it arrived 2 days later. It actually shipped the same day because I ordered before 4 P.M. I'm happy to say my order arrived, it was packed extremely well and everything was intact- an 11 lb. bag of Wellness Dry Cat Food and a case of Wellness 3 oz. cans (24 cans) of Cat Food. I'm happy to say that Chewy.com will be my go-to for pet food! Excellent! Quick delivery, great packing and...my pets all give 100 Paws UP !!!!💯💯💯

I received my first order from chewy.com. It was delivered fast. Although the order was wrong I called chewy.com and they are sending out the correct items right away. The best part is they asked that we donate the wrong items we received to our local shelter. Being that two of our dogs are from the local shelter, we love to donate to them. This put chewy.com above the rest. They are animal lovers just like us!

Chewy.com ships VERY quickly, and free with your order over $47 or whatever, so order that much. Not sure how much shipping is otherwise. Their packaging is excellent. For heavy cases of canned dog food, they put those in their own sturdy heavy cardboard containers; haven't experienced a dented can yet, unlike Amazon. No sales tax ..... yet. Their customer service handled a problem with my order quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Their prices are as good as Amazon's or anywhere, for the items I've purchased. Excellent.

I messed up on my order and accidentally had it shipping twice with a automatic ship date of the next day. I called Chewy's customer service they picked up the first ring! They helped me instantly. Then the call got lost the same person called me right back and finished my order for me. I am very excited and will tell everyone about how great the customer service was!!!! That means something!!!

I bought several products from Chewy.com. Not only were they exactly what they were advertised to be, they were affordable AND arrived the very next day! This is my new go-to for dog supplies.

Shipping is unbelievably fast, the prices are unbeatable. The best place to order from!

I have ALWAYS had exceptional service with Chewy.com. They are fast, reliable, and the least expensive of all pet stores I could find both in person and online. The customer service is outstanding with wonderful operators. I have never had an issue and I use them at least once a month. Autoshipping is awesome. I order my premium dog food (cheapest you can find anywhere) and it automatically ships every 4 weeks (I set that time increment), and I no longer have to worry about running out! Plus free shipping on so many things! They've got a customer for life.

My husband and I thought for the longest time that CHEWY.COM must be housed down the street for us to receive our shipments so quickly!!!!! Their prices beat competitors and they pass on discounts from other companies. If that isn't enough, each year we get a hand addressed card with a heartfelt note, hand written, thanking us for being loyal customers and wishing us and our fur babies a wonderful holiday season. We wish the same for them and continued success!
