I have never delt with a company where everyone is so chearful and pleasant to deal with. I have been ordering food for a while from chewy.com but I had to call several times in one day because i was trying to get approval for a perscription diet and everyone was happy to help. Even the people i was emailing were super friendly and very thorough. No need to go back and forth. If all customer service was as great at Chewy's, it would be amazing. My favorite part is none of it is automated! Its all REAL PEOPLE!

I have been a customer of chewy.com for some time now and I am so amazed how great of a company it is. The customer service is EXCELLENT. The staff are knowledgeable and seem to have the autonomy to make decisions. I've never been transferred to different levels of staff which is truly a sign of a well managed company. Kudos to the owner, management and line staff. I highly recommend them!!!

My cat was recently put on a prescription diet and I decided to order his food from chewy.com. Well apparently he dosen't like it because he won't touch the stuff. He's never been a picky eater. Very frustrating having paid $50 for pet food. Contacted customer service to see if there was anything they could do to help me out so I could afford to try the other brand of food recommend by his vet and was pleasantly surprised to be awarded a full refund.

They are the BEST. We always had great service from those guys ... the price for our special diet dog food was the best found online (delivered to door). So we set up auto delivery. Unfortunately, our dog passed away, and when we called to stop the auto delivery, they were sympathetic and made it very easy for us to cancel. For our surprise, a card came in the mail a couple of days later expressing they sympathy (really thoughtful ! ). We still had a lot of our dog's (expensive) diet can food, and they made it very easy to return and refund. I love the fact that every time you call Chewy they pick up right the way! Simply the best !!

I was very surprised after my first order with Chewy.com to receive a personalized "thank you" note from the company. I am an avid Amazon Prime member but Chewy has changed my mind for my pet needs. Not only was the product that I bought (a Kurgo dog vest) an awesome product but I was impressed by the speedy delivery and THEN the follow up letter?!?! A month later, when my cat was put on a prescription diet for kidney disease, I turned to Chewy to place my order. I had already spent a lot of money to get this diagnosis and then was told my cat would need to be on prescription diet, which would run me about $60/month. I was panicked, I have 4 animals to feed, AND it was the holidays. Not only did Chewy have the best prices, but they were offering free shipping and an additional 10% off if I set up auto ship which I did. I received the order quickly, which was imperative as I was fearing for my cat's life!! I wasn't impressed with the prescription diet that I bought and after doing A LOT of research, I decided to go with a different brand. I canceled the auto ship at the last minute and bought a different food. Unfortunately, even though the computer said the auto ship was cancelled I received 2 shipments (4 cases!!) of food, 2 cases of the prescription diet and 2 cases of the new brand. I hate returning things, especially when I have to deal with someone on the phone and mail things back, and put it off for a month. When I finally got around to calling, received the BEST costumer. Not only was the agent knowledgeable in the products but asked me about my cat and how he was doing....something so little yet it meant so much. He agreed that the prescription diet wasn't necessarily the best food and the new food was a better way to go. He gave me a full refund (of course he could see that I tried to stop the auto ship, had ordered an alternative brand, was using auto ship and was a returning customer) and told me to just give the 2 unopened cases to a rescue. As someone who fosters animals and has 4 rescues of my own, I thought this was amazing! I will be delivering this food the local cat rescue!

This website is a money saver and time saver as products ship super fast ! So glad I found this website, will be recommending this to all my friends !

I ordered a pet carrier and received it 2 days later. I called to discuss some questions and not only was the customer service from Andrea friendly and patient, I've never had this good of customer service from any online sales company before.

Ordered cat food late Sunday night. Food was at my door early Tuesday afternoon! Shipping is fast and cheap. Best prices online!
