Although I live in New York City and have access to plenty of retail pet shops, I still would never purchase pet food any other place than Chewy. Their customer service goes above and beyond the call of duty each and every time. And when there have been shipping delays, they more than make up for any inconveniences suffered. I like supporting specialty websites like Chewy rather than going to the big behemoths like Amazon, even though I am an Amazon Prime member. Stick with the specialists at Chewy--you can't go wrong.

I just received my first order from Chewy.com. Everything came in less than a week from purchase. However, I had ordered a crate and instead I received the exercise pen that goes with the crate. I called immediately to inform them and she got the pen shipped out to me right away. Then I asked what I need to do with the Exercise Pen - she told me I can donate it to a shelter or to someone who needs it! She was extremely accommodating and polite. A great experience overall! Will definitely continue doing business with them for all of my pet's needs!

I am sorry to say that I just received the second bottle of Glucosamine for my pets and this bottle also arrived with the seal not sealed. I complained the first time and spoke with a manager at that time. I would never give my pet unsealed liquid and am very concerned as to why it is arriving this way! I will never order from them again. Please be careful and check your bottles making sure they are sealed!

I use them to order my cats' litter beeze items and their prices are the best. I have used them for a couple of months with no problems. The shipping is always super fast and I have had no issues with the items. After a couple months, I had even gotten a postcard from them with a handwritten note asking if my cats were loving the products. Very friendly and nice. I work for a marketing company and in my opinion they do everything right. They always email me and followup. I am a very happy customer!

Ordered my cat's special diet food yesterday, and it was here today at no cost to me. I have also spoken to the reps and all of them have been very nice. One time I even had to return food and the rep sent me the new order and told me to just donate what I couldn't use to a shelter, which I did, and I wasn't charged for that order. I have been using Chewy for about 2 years having switched from another pet service. I have no need to make another switch.

Been using Chewy. Com since September of 2015. Bought two new dogs and have been impressed with their service and reliability. The bad reviews I have seen are total glitches, which can happen, I know. But overall, this company is great and the service reps are quite competent and polite and helpful. I don't usually do reviews but I have never ever experienced customer service like I have today. I purchased three items the day before yesterday late at night. I received them this morning, I couldn't believe how fast they got here! Anyways unfortunately they didn't fit because I wasn't paying attention to the sizes. I emailed chewy immediately letting them know and I received a response back soon after, on a Saturday at that! They were so kind and had already issued me a refund. They didn't require me to return my items they just requested I donate them to a shelter or animal hospital. I couldn't believe it, so selfless and caring! I then proceeded to tel them I wished to purchase one of the items again, but in a smaller size. I received an email back stating that they had placed the item in my card and waived the shipping. I can honestly say that I would do business with them again 100 times over!! Thanks Chewy!!!!
