I have been ordering cat litter from chewy.vom for several cats over the years. They have given quick, and reliable service always. I started with them when I lived in PA. After I moved to Florida I thought shipment might take a little longer. Not the case. Each order came just as fast. This past weekend, my cat passed away and I still had unopened bags of litter. So I called them to se if I could return them. The young man on the phone said "You don't have to return them. We will credit your account. We just ask that you donate the bags to someone or maybe to the SPCA."I was so surprised but I guess I shouldn't have been knowing the wonderful treatment I received in the past. I would definitely recommend this company without hesitation.

The team of customer service reps helped me with some shipping issues that ended up being my own fault. They were really helpful and kind throughout the whole process, and you could tell that they had the best interests of my pets in mind.

As with any "first time" ordering experience from a new company, I had trepidation. I saw the positive reviews online, and hoped for the best. I ordered 100 lbs. of cat litter and 152 cans of cat food, and two days later FedEx delivered EVERYTHING as ordered. I couldn't ask for anything more. I will definitely be using this company from now on to keep my 5 kitties in supplies.

I have talked to and chatted with friendly and helpful staff. I have a regular shipment of cat food and I get a shipping reminder with enough time to make changes on the website with couple easy clicks. I am on the Internet all the time and haven't found an easier-to-use site then Chewy. And the price for the cat food I need is cheaper than anywhere else! Even Amazon.com doesn't get this high praise from me.

I've been ordering food from these guys for my cats and dog for a few years now. Recently my one cats needed to switch foods from one brand urinary care food to a different one. Of course this was a few weeks after I just ordered a bunch of food. I figured I'd call and see if I could ship it back or get a discount code or something since prescription food is not cheap and I didn't want to just waste it. Chewy went above and beyond that-- they credited me for the un-used food and then when I asked how I could send it back to them, they asked that instead I pay it forward and donate it to my local animal shelter. How awesome of them to not only credit me for what I couldn't use, but also ask me to donate it too. Will be a life long customer!

We have used these guys for over two years. They ship very very fast. Customer service is amazing. We have nothing but positive experience with them.
