The prices are the lowest I have been able to find, shipping is fast and free (orders $50+), and wow, the customer service is second to none. Get this folks, they have an actual person answer the phone when you call! No push 2 for customer service, push 9 for English, etc. Their customer service staff is based in the U.S. and everyone I have spoken to speaks perfect English. So refreshing! It's like going back in time! In the rare event that I have had a problem, they go above and beyond to make things right! They are the only place I buy my dog food, unless I get lazy and forget to order before I run out and have to buy from an overpriced local store. Orders usually arrive in 2-3 days depending on the day of the week you order. Great selection, best prices around, fast, free shipping, and truly outstanding US-based customer service. Unbeatable combination in my opinion. I hope they maintain this business model and keep up the great work they are doing. I will remain a loyal Chewy.com customer unless something drastic changes. I finally found "the one", haha!

On 3 occasions, customer service has given me knowledgeable and useful advice. They helped me choose dog food when my dog needed to lose weight for an operation. They also helped me get a prescription from my vet when my dog needed a special diet because of a kidney problem. They go well beyond what is expected. The personnel I dealt with exhibited compassion that is normally not experienced when dealing with a company.

We had been ordering a special canned dog food for our puppy who came to us with some serious gastrointestinal issues. As it turns out, the canned dog food also did not agree with our puppy and we are trying another diet for him; but what do we do with the unopened case of dog food? I chatted with Chewy.com. The representative has credited our card back and said that instead of shipping the case back, that we should please donate the canned food to a shelter or pet rescue center. How awesome is that? We haven't had a single problem with Chewy.com. Amazing business! Please support.

I recently purchased a collar from chewy.com and wanted to return it simply because I changed my mind. Customer service was extremely polite, quick to reply, and were overall so courteous. They ended up refunding my purchase and suggesting I donate it to my local animal shelter to be used for training purposes. While some may try to take advantage of their love for pets, this is an unparalleled sentiment now a days that I hope will only fuel a pay it forward type of mentality. I've also received hand written postcards following up to my past orders :). Overall, I'm extremely appreciative of the courtesy they have shown and for the strength of character and kind hearts behind chewy.com. Will definitely continue to buy more from chewy.

I am 100% satisfied with every order I place at Chewy.com! The selection is great, the prices are reasonable, the shipping is super fast, and they send excellent coupons to you in the mail - recently, I purchased 40-lb of cat litter, 2 bags of cat food, 2 bags of cat treats, and a 3-pack of water filters, which ended up being only $35 AND free shipping, as I received a $15 off a $49 order! During the holidays, I received a hand-written card from staff at Chewy.com. This is a seriously great company.

We ordered life vests for our dogs and they came so fast I was impressed already with just the speed of the shipping Then it gets even better. The vest were to small so I emailed them and they sent 2 more that same day and took great care of the return charge. And....... The vest are perfect they are GREAT QUALITY and fit perfect. Now we just need to get warm weather to try them out on the water. The company returns e-mails quicker the my family and friends AND EVEN MY HUSBAND!!!! HIGHY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I live in New York and found this site in the summer of 2015, so I wouldn't have to keep trekking to Petco and carrying back heavy bags of food and litter. Chewy.com has, in the last 9 or so months, ALWAYS been on time with shipping, and they have REALLY cheap products. How a 40 pound box of litter is only $16, when it's over $25 at a brick and mortar is beyond me, but even if I did want to lug heavy stuff several blocks, the better prices at Chewy can't be denied. Also, the customer service is pretty great and they even sent a handwritten Christmas card to us, which was cute :) (feel bad for that guy's job, though!). Would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants their pet supplies fast and cheap.
