I originally ended up at Chewy.com because Amazon.com was out of stock of the scratching post I was interested in purchasing. They have a great variety of products, the prices listed here are very competitive and if your purchase is $49+, shipping is FREE!. When I placed my order, I received a phone call to confirm that I placed the order, as my billing address was different from my shipping, so I'm glad to see that they check stuff like this, as no other company has given me this courtesy. My ordered arrived quickly as the representative promised, but on top of the scratching post, it appears I ordered an extra item by mistake. I called to get an RMA label to send it back but the rep I spoke with instead asked me to donate it to my local shelter and they would credit me back what I paid. The item has now been donated to the ABQ Animal Adoption Center where I rescued my cat and I will do all my pet shopping with Chewy.com going forward. Their great prices and outstanding customer service have made me a customer for life!

Every order, every time is been sent promptly and arrives supper fast. All ordered I have made for over 1 year, have always being available and have arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

I am a new customer to chewy.com as we recently adopted a shelter dog. One of the items in my order was wrong and when I called customer sic they couldn't do enough to resolve the problem. A new item was shipped immediately and when I asked about return shipping for the incorrect item I was told to donate it to someone that could make use of it. Great company, great service.

My order did not arrive from Chewy.com one time and I asked if anything could be done. Immediately they sent over a replacement shipment right away, no questions asked and at no extra charge! Also, they refund and return items on the spot without any hassle. The customer representatives are just so friendly! This is a fantastic company!

I have never ordered anything form a better company ! I have been using Chewey for about a year and a half and they have never disappointed me , their customer service is the best ! The orders are promptly delivered and usually sooner than expected which is a plus .

It all seems great at first....good pricing, free shipping...then all of a sudden you're paying 20+% higher than your initial order! And yes this is real cost, not with the autoship incentives. Their excuse is that prices fluctuate daily - however the price is always quite lower than what it shipped at. I would say its more like the prices fluctuate the moment prior to autoship orders go out, then in a miraculous twist of fate the "market" shifts and prices go from $52 to $42 again. Pretty shady if you ask me.

I ordered two cases of food for my cat. They arrived just two days later! Unfortunately, one of the boxes was the wrong kind. I called chewy customer service, and a person answered after just one ring. I told him what was wrong, and he said they will ship out another case. He then told me no need to return the wrong case (worth $30) and to please donate it to a shelter in need! I can't say enough how much that means. For a big company to not worry about getting their money back and to instead do something so incredible for animals in need.. Just amazing. An hour or two after calling, I got an email saying my order had shipped! Will definitely use them from now on for whatever my boys need. And they can count on me for recommendations!!!

I Ordered dog food Wednesday and I got an email,telling me it was shipped and the expected delivery date is Friday. When Friday came the tracking has not updated at all,the.The chewy representative told me it should be arriving to me today. I waited and I still did not get it,And the tracking Updated Friday and it was just picked up Friday. So I called Chewy.com and they gave me a replacement. Then I got an email saying it was shipped,so I spoek with someone in the live chat,and one of the Representative told me the original order is heading my way,So I checked and it was just picked up Friday when it was supposed to be ordered,she canceled the replacement order.SO I spoke with the manager and asked why The representative told me the trackign updated and would be delivered that day,Which was not. So the manager told me I would get the original order,and the replacement order(the replacement order was free as a gift. Today is Tuesday and the original order was canceled and rerouted,and the replacement is coming. I will not be ordering from them again
