I ordered for the first time on chewy.com and I am extremely satisfied with them. As soon as I placed my order, I got a call back a day later that I had ordered the wrong product and they corrected it for me and a few days later my package arrived. Not only that, but they took the time to send a postcard after welcoming my dog into the CHEWY community with a lovely handwritten postcard. Customer service is top notch. Can't wait to continue using them.

I have ordered just twice from Chewy.com since I discovered them in March. Prices are good and their free shipping deals (usually on orders over $49, I think) DON'T exclude heavy, bulky items like cat litter and wild bird food, unlike Petco. So nice not having to lug that heavy kitty litter home from the store! And their customer service is extraordinary! They are available 24/7, so they respond immediately to any question or problem. They are very friendly and helpful, and really seem dedicated to the notion of true customer SERVICE. I had a shipment that was damaged in transit, and they immediately processed a replacement shipment with no further discussion. I LOVE dealing with them!

This was my 3rd order with Chewy.com. My order included a Kong life jacket for my Brittany. She has a broad chest so I ordered a Large. It was too big to be used for safety while boating. I called for return instructions and Katy assisted me. Very polite and helpful. I explained the medium was out of stock. Katy said a credit will be issued donate to animal shelter, I was shocked. This type of customer service is unheard of in the world of online shopping. They have made a customer for life. P.S. Cally loves all her products from Chewy.com. especially the squirrels in the tree trunk.

I had placed an order and it hadn't even been delivered yet, when we suddenly had to put our precious 12 year old fur baby down. We are devastated, and I chatted with a customer service rep who not only gave me a full credit, she told me to keep the items when they arrive and to donate them to our local shelter!! And if that wasn't awesome enough, a few hours later I received a beautiful flower arrangement, with a very kind note! I will definitely be a proponent of this wonderful company, and I hope to someday be using them again on a regular basis, when we are able to open our hearts to a new fur baby! Amazing customer service. Great prices, fast shipping. Very nice representatives. Had an issue with Fed Ex shipping and Chewy representatives were friendly and helpful (even though the issue wasn't Chewy's fault). Love this company.

I ordered wet dog food and it arrived 2 days later.. Unfortunately I wasn't home at delivery, they left the package outside. I live in AZ and it's 100 degrees outside. Imagine what's happen to the dogfood when it sits in the heat for a couple of hours. They could have packed it in dry ice. The food ended up in the trash, I will never order from this company again.

We are very impressed by the quality of service and fast shipping. Recently we called Nadwene at customer service and she was quick to fix an issue with a previous order. Happy to be customers here for a long time :-)

This website has changed my life. They have the lowest prices, superb customer service, and the best variety. The fact that I can get my pets' food automatically delivered is amazing (no more lugging giant bags of food and litter out of pet stores!) but they also send out a reminder email prior to charging your card. At Christmas, they sent what looked like a hand-written thank you card. And recently, when I accidentally placed an order twice, they emailed me before accepting the order to verify that this wasn't a mistake. When I called to tell them it was, they answered immediately and the issue was resolved right away by a super friendly representative. I have only been blown away by Chewy's service. Highly recommend for anyone with pets!
