I had a senior cat that required special food and have received exceptional service from chewy.com since 2015. Their site is easy to navigate and the autoship function allowed me to get the pet food delivered to my door without going to various pet shops to find stock. I was completely surprised and very touched when I called customer service to return 14 cans from a 24 can case as my cat had passed. The customer service lady told me to donate the cans and she refunded the full price of the case. I also received a sympathy card from them in the mail. This company truly puts the customer first.

I have a hard time finding my dogs food due to pet allergies....always out of stock or have to travel far....I have 3 dogs so food goes quickly.....I was floored by the quickness of this company...the stock they carry....and the low low prices.....I can put that hard to find food on auto ship so I never have to waste time again searching or traveling far to get it when I forget.....I give this company an A+++++++.....I just hope they keep up this good work......I ordered everything sunday night from my phone @11pm....I just got the first part of my order today! It was here by 11am....and the rest should be here tomorrow according to the FedEx tracking... .awesome job Chewy! I am a customer for life! Kudos! Janet....Linden NJ :)

Very competitive prices and even lower with the 20% off subscription. No tax in almost all states and free shipping on $49 or more. Received my order in 48 hours. Highly recommended!

They charged me but never sent my order out, I called but they said they had to cancel the order. They never sent me any email to let me know they did that. I will never order with them again.

I saw the commercial on TV. Decided to check out the prices. They charge more than I currently pay at Petco and charge for shipping unless the order is over $49. What a scam!

I ordered a cat tree from chewy.com. The price was unbeatable and free 1-2 day shipping a dream. When my order arrived I opened it and discovered one of the parts was broken. I called the 24/7 number and described the problem. The customer service lady was extremely friendly and helpful. She apologized and immediately placed an order for a new cat tree at no cost to me.She told me that I didn't have to send the defective cat tree back and suggested that I could donate it to a rescue because they might be able to make some use of it. Chewy.com is one of the best companies I've ever encountered!

I travel for a living so sometimes it is hard for me to find the quality food I give my dog in a local area. For example, I am currently in an area where the closest store that has Fromm is 2 1/2 hours drive away. Chewy.com makes getting my dogs food and other essentials easy. During my first experience with Chewy.com I ordered at $60 filtered water bowl and reservoir. When the product arrived everything seemed great, I loved the water bowl and was excited to plug it in and fill it up until I noticed that the bowl was cracked. I got worried about returning it, or exchanging it since it was so expensive but all of these worries were unfounded. When I called their customer support, the representative was very friendly, replaced my order for free and I didn't have to ship back the broken product. She told me to just donate it to my local shelter to see of they could find a way to fix it and use it. She also asked me about my dogs, what their names were, their breeds. she asked how I liked chewy.com and if I had any other problems. I explained the only problem I had was that they won't ship to PO Boxes and in some of the small towns I work in that can be a problem. She ended the call asking me to give Teddy and Annie belly rubs and to have a great evening. Needless to say, I was soooo Happy with the service and the products. Chewy.com is an outstanding company and they will be getting my business for a long time.

We have been using Chewy.com for a couple of years. Our cats are on prescription food which can be pretty expensive to get through our vets office. Not only does Chewy have good prices, but free delivery which makes it so convenient. However, one of the main reasons I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this company has to do with a recent interaction. One of our cats was on K/D due to his failing kidneys. When we lost him a month ago, I called Chewy to cancel the K/D part of our autoship and as he had just gotten a delivery, I asked Chewy if there was any way we could return the K/D as our little guy had passed. Not only did they give us a full refund (and said to just donate the food to a local rescue which we did) but a couple weeks later, received a bouquet of flowers from Chewy saying they were sorry for our loss--AMAZING! Then, as if that was not enough, a week after receiving the flowers we received a hand-written note from one of their customer service reps again expressing their condolences. What an AMAZING company!! Not only do they offer good prices, great service and convenience, but in my mind exemplify everything a company can do right for their customers. I will be a loyal customer forever!!!
