Our poor little elderly kitty died yesterday. I contacted Chewy.com about the policy for returning unused prescription food from a previous order. Their online chat person credited me for all food unused, opened and unopened, and then asked me to please donate the food. They don't make companies like this anymore! Chewy was also a pleasure to work with when our kitty was alive. We were on a recurrent order and it was easy and painless to work with them 5+ stars!

Needed to return an extra set of $36 dog nail clippers because I mistakenly ordered two instead of one. Customer service made the refund promptly and said no need to return -- just donate the unneeded extra to a local dog shelter. Compared to most retailers, online or otherwise, this is an amazingly generous way to treat customers. Have been ordering food for our dogs for a couple of years from Chewy and will continue to do business with this company. Kudos to the owners and staff!

Whenever I have had a problem with items I have ordered, customer service at Chewy.com fixes them. They are efficient, kind, and put the customer first.

I love chewy.com. They have always been reasonably priced, reliable, fast, and have the BEST customer service. I won't buy pet supplies anywhere else because I want to give THEM my business.

I placed my first order with chewy.com for some prescription dog food. web site said i would receive in one to two day. After second day I checked on my order it had not even shipped yet. I chatted customer service and was told they were waiting for my vet. I checked with my vet and the request came into the vet while I was chatting customer service. So they said they would ship it as soon as possible within one to two days then another one or two days to receive it. I can cancelled the order. I do not like to be mislead or lied to. I would recommend that people stay away if you need something important I am sure they would be fine for a dog chew toy.

Every shipment I've received has contained cans so badly dented that I wasn't willing to risk feeding the food to my dogs. Although the company has a return policy, constantly returning unacceptable product defeats the purpose of having the food delivered to my home. I wish this company well. However, if this problem isn't solved, I don't see them staying in business long.

Without a doubt the best customer service I've ever dealt with. No time holding on the phone, always someone pleasant and helpful. No hassle when there's an issue with my order. They even sent a hand written postcard hoping my dog was enjoying her food. All around, would highly recommend.
