This is one of the best online stores I've ever ordered from. I got a personal phone call when my shipment was damaged by Fedex and was immediately sent a new shipment overnight, all without me even knowing anything was delayed! They also sent me a personalized, handwritten postcard after my first order. Who does that? It was so nice! Their online platform and easy autoship is simple to use. Their prices are definitely better than the grocery store or Target. Overall, great company so far.

I ordered my item on Thursday and it is already arriving today, Saturday. I cannot believe how fast it came! Especially because when talking to customer service, they said that they are on the east coast. Btw, I had trouble sending my order in. My addresses didn't match or something, but THEY called ME right away to fix that and get the order in. Now I have yet to recieve the product so I can't review the quality, but already my first expierence with chewy has been awesome.

WOW!!! What a great first experience I have had with this wonderful company from start to finish. I got a FABULOUS deal on Wholesomes dry dog food which included free 1-2 day shipping and yes, it arrived on time and well packaged with reliable tracking info. Before ordering I contacted customer service with questions and the woman on the phone was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Later I ordered online and had absolutely no worries about the product nor with delivery as the phone end and website were run so efficiently. My dog loves the food, I love the service and prices! Our cat Lilly is thirteen years old and has suffered for quite some time with arthritis, primarily in her left hip. It came to the point that she could no longer jump onto the bed, her favorite sleeping place. We therefore bought pet stairs which she happily uses but we also put her on a Cosequin regimen, two capsules a day blended into her food. We have slowly witnessed her limp disappearing and she has within the past week jumped onto the bed several times. So yeah for Cosequin and Lilly. I also must point out that Lilly is extremely neurotic. Three years ago she began pulling out her hair along both hips (perfectly aligned eating by the way), her tail and down her hind legs. A sight to behold. The vet thought it to be something to do with her diet. But we knew otherwise and after six to eight months of this mania she suddenly stopped. Well this same behavior began again about five months ago and I truly believe it was because her joint pain heightened and she was trying to tell us by pulling out her hair. But I am happy to report that she is ever so slowly realizing her pain is diminishing. For Lilly, this was not the immediate magic bullet some have described. She still has a bit to go and as she is thirteen we do not expect her to possess the agility of a three year old. What we want is for her to be pain free and to no longer feel the need to resemble a Harry Potter cat. It appears that taking a couple of daily doses of Cosequin is the path to these ends. I highly recommend Consequin and "Chewy.com". It is perhaps the most accommodating internet site I have ever purchased from. Kudos to the product and the company. Well done!

I ordered once from Chewie because I moved to a major city without a car. Cat food and litter is a pain to carry for blocks at a time and cab services are just too expensive to order every time you need to replenish these things. Since that first order, I've never looked back. I received a hand-written Christmas card a few months later, thanked them via email and even received a genuinely warm, personal response to that. Shipping is fast and either free or very close to it. Service is hands-down the best I've ever had from an online distributor (of anything). The employees really do seem to care about pets in general. 100%, 10/10, A+
