I have ordered from Chewy a few times. My orders have always arrived promptly and everything has always been accurate. I live at a larger building in Brooklyn and for some reason I believe my last chewy.com order was stolen. Flustered and panicked, I called Chewy to report what happened, pretty upset that I had lost over $50. They talked me down, calmly asking me about my little guy, Kennedy, and immediately shipped out a repeat order. I feared that my package would be stolen again, so I requested that they send it to a new address-- no problem, they were happy to oblige. Seriously such a relief, knowing that I am buying products from a company that has my back. Highly recommended and wil be sticking with Chewy.com for as long as I need pet supplies for my cat! :)

I had only been a customer with Chewy.com for about three months when tragedy struck. Mr. Kitty suddenly passed away. I contacted chewy.com and spoke with Taylor who absolutely could not have been any more compassionate and respectful. She even referred to Mr. Kitty by his name as she offered her condolence in the loss of Mr. Kitt. Maybe two days after that encounter, I received the most beautiful springtime bouquet from Chewy.com. I could hardly believe this. As I called to thank Chewy.com, I spoke with Jessica and once again absolutely polite and compassionate with me. In today's world you just don't make contact with many companies of this nature. Pleased to have been involved with Chewy.com even it was for a short time.

I recently placed an order for some cat food for our two cats, Ming & Pema, who are very picky eaters. I accidentally ordered the wrong flavor and called to see how I could return it. I had already placed another order for the correct flavor. The representative advised that I did not need to return it and a full credit to my credit card would be made. The only thing they asked is that I donate it to a shelter or cats in need. I have never heard of a company doing something like this. Outstanding! What exceptional customer service. I am sure to recommend Chewy to all of my animal loving friends. Thank you Chewy!

After my hearing my friends gush about this company, I placed my first Chewy order yesterday around noon. It was a big order with 4-24 packs of canned cat food and a large bag of cat food. I was amazed when I checked the tracking of the package yesterday evening and it had not only left the warehouse, but was en route to my local Fed Ex hub with a delivery date of this evening! Just a few minutes ago the package was delivered and everything inside it was nicely packaged and undamaged! 5 stars for sure!
