I have cats and fish. Usually I put in an order for food from Amazon (when I can't get to the store, I have Amazon Prime 2 day shipping) and get the litter from Walmart. Unlike Walmart, which takes at least a week to arrive, my Chewy order got here super fast! As fast as Amazon. Walmart has decent prices but I've had 2 orders of litter that had to be returned to sender because the boxes busted open. They didn't tell me this, I happened to see the 'exception' while tracking my packages and called the company. Walmart did send out replacements (only after pointing out I'd have to wait several more days for my order, thru no fault of my own, good about expediting the replacement order.). If I'd waited for them to notice the issue and then send replacements, my order would've arrived 2 weeks after ordering! My Chewy litter orders (4 boxes of Fresh Step) arrived fast and perfectly packaged. The boxes were fully intact with no blemishes upon arrival, as were the cat snacks. The only issue I had was with a box of litterbox deodorizer, that had partially spilled in the bottom (not a lot). I called and let them know of the issue and they send out an immediate replacement! It arrived so quickly that I was confused when FedEx showed up, wondering what the package was, not thinking that it was the replacement with it arriving so fast! I highly recommend this company. Fast shipping, very good prices, and great customer service. When I contacted them via chat, I was communicating with them for a handful of minutes before the issue was completely resolved. --A real pet owner, I've not received a single sample or dime from Chewy, Walmart, nor Amazon.

I made a mistake of ordering Royal Canine SO from VetinternetCo. I waited 8 days. I had to reorder from Chewy and received in 2 days and was $20.00 less. I will never order my pet supplies/food from anyone else. Great friendly service and you speak to a live person. Emails answered within minutes. Even received a nice Christmas card. Love this company.

Hey Y'all, I have been a Chewy customer for several months and I have never had a company I felt was more trustworthy and customer pleasing than this company. When I make a mistake, they fix it right away, they call me and/or email me to make sure I get what I need. They will do whatever it takes to make you happy if you just reach out to them. I have two little girls that love their food and I have not seen them turn their nose up once and believe me they are picky. I have purchased flea collars, food, tools, and so much more. You can't go wrong with Chewy!

If this companies customer care philosophy could be spread to other commerce i'm sure the USA economy would improve. A special shout out to everyone who answers the phone and especially to supervisor Nicholas who smoothed the way for me with the evil FED EX. I ordered my dog a crate from Chewy because their price was great. I couldn't believe it arrived in two days with free shipping! A month later I received a personal note saying they hope our dog likes his new crate. Just wanted to say he enjoys it so much that he will go and lay in it on his own. It's like his own little condo :) Thanks so much!

Honestly I love this company, they have a great selection of dog food to choose from and make shipping so easy. Also the customer service is wonderful. When my last dog unfortunately passed away the customer service made canceling the orders so easy and the refund was processed immanently. The customer service went as far to send us a beautiful bouquet of flowers during the heartbreaking time, this kind of consideration for the customers has gained my business for life.

This company, bar none, has the most extraordinary and professional customer service people I have EVER encountered! Marcillina and Desire were fantastic! I ordered products for auto-ship for my cats. It was a prescription diet. Unfortunately, one of my cats is unable to process grains, therefore, I had to cancel my order. They did NOT even question me. They cancelled my order and removed the hold from my card immediately, I am truly bummed they do not carry this new brand of food for my cats. Once they do, I will be a forever, loyal customer to them! You will not go wrong with this company!
