I recently received my first order from chewy. My cats have been on this catfood for 7 mos now and I had been purchasing it at the vet. I was delighted to find the same food on chewy for much cheaper! Unfortunately the day my delivery came it was over 90 degrees and the package was left on my doorstep in the blazing heat for the better part of the day. Not knowing if wetfood would spoil under those conditions I tried it anyway and both cats turned their noses up to it! I emailed chewy to see if they thought the food had gone bad and if I should replace it, and I received a response within an hour! Offering to send me a new case of the wetfood free of charge! Not too often these days you receive such stellar customer service:) thank you chewy.com!!!!

Chewy has excellent costumer service!

I usually don't take the time to write up reviews, but Chewy.com has been nothing but amazing. I highly recommend them to everyone and anyone.I have never met such a customer friendly company, especially now a days. Anytime I have contacted them they always make sure that they have resolved any issues I may have. Once I received a bag of food that apparently broke open in transit. Immediately without even asking anything else they shipped a new one and recommend that if anything from the prior shipment was salvageable to donate it to a local shelter. I am always happy with anything I buy from them and highly recommend using them.

Everything about this company is outstanding. I've been using them for over a year and everything ships quickly. My dog stopped eating the brand I was using and I had an unopened box so I called customer service - and got through to a REAL PERSON on the second ring - in the United States!!! She was outstanding. Helped me find a different food and refunded my money for the unopened box! This is the way customer service should be!! I am very, very, happy with this company. Thank you for keeping your jobs here in the U.S. where we need them!!!! Exemplary!!!

Chewy's prices are great and their customer service is outstanding. Mike answered on the second ring, was courteous, efficient, and generous. All my friends that have pets will hear about this company. Thanks!

By far the best pet company. Prices are always significantly lower than any pet store and they always follow through with quality products. If anything does go wrong with your order, they typically give you some sort of refund plus some extra (free) gifts for your pet to make up for the problem (if it is legitimate). Overall great prices, quality products, and outstanding customer service.

Best Customer Service of any company I have ever dealt with. Never on hold, always dealing with a friendly, helpful rep. I wish every company was like this one. Great prices, the customer always comes first. Just the best!!!
