I am very busy. I ordered a big delivery. I wasn't sure if Chewy could handle it. Chewy's website is easy to maneuver around and navigate. I wanted to test them, so I called. I have a designated area, where I want you to leave my order. It was no problem. Funny though, when I went back into the website, the first Chewy Rep I spoke to was awesome even though she forgot to log out, set me back 15 minutes. I called to let them know. The second Chewy Rep was apologetic, polite and professional. Look these things happen I said. 15 minutes later. I shipped my order. My shipment arrived just the way I wanted, and this was a big! Good Job! Chewy! Thank You!

I have been buying dog food and treats from Chewy for about 6 months, and have been very happy with the price, products, and speed of delivery as well. I finally got brave enough to set up autoship last month. Whats really handy is, you get an e-mail about a week before the shipment, so if you need to you can add treats or other items you need. It was great because I had plenty of the treats I had scheduled to come with the dog food autoship, so I was able to take them off the shipment and I added some I was low on, just enough to get to the free shipping.

I cannot possibly describe how much I love this company. The priced are reasonable, but it is customer service in which it excels. Last week, I called to amend my auto ship order because my 16 yr old cat passed away. Not only, did the employee listen to me cry for several minutes, but today I received flowers and a kind note. The orders arrive lighting fast. Quite simply: Chewy.com is the best.

This is the best online company I have ever dealt with. Their associates are all extremely helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. I will continue to use their auto-ship program to buy all my babies food and treat needs! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Chewy has been reliable and well priced for us. They always call if anything goes amiss and take care of us. I love when I am looking for a new product that they provide it. Really, there is nothing more I could ask for and it took me a long time to find Chewy. I hope they keep up the terrific service!

I newly joined Chewy.com after recently adopting our dog. I utilized the auto-ship feature for some great dog food. We more recently found out our dog has allergies to feathered animal food products right after our last delivery. We were able to switch our product for the next auto-ship and Katherine W. with the chat support helped take care of our previous order with instructions on how to donate our food. Great customer service and Fantastic experience!

I ordered 2 bags of puppy food...received 1 puppy and 1 adult (easy mistake the bags look nearly identical) - I emailed the company and within 5 minutes I had received a shipment notification of the second bag of puppy food. EVEN BETTER they sent a second email apologizing and stating I could keep the adult bag free of charge even giving the amazing suggestion that I could donate the adult food to a local animal shelter. Seriously, you don't see service like this anymore. Chewy, you rock!

This company is amazing. I mistakenly ordered the wrong flavor or of cat food for my kitty that has irritable bowel disease and is VERY fusy. 8 called to see if I could exchange it and since they don't accept returns on food they sent me the right flavor at no charge and even waived the shipping charges. It doesn't get any better than that!
