In 2 months I have spent over $ 1,000.00 with this firm and not one single order arrived in 1-2 days as advertised. instead some of my orders placed on Monday each week have taken more than 6 days to arrive and in some cases, the food/merchandise arrived crushed, bags and boxes ripped and improperly packed and most cases, arrived in a non-useable and/or bent state. In each order, I spent well over 50.00. Not one single order arrived as advertised. Only two orders arrived packaging intact. This firm demonstrates fraud and in my opinion has grown too large and can not support it's promises made to its clients.

Absolutely horrible dealing with them. I placed an order on one day for a bed and then after considering convenience I went ahead the next day and placed an order for the dog food I needed. They decided not to ship the food for a day and a half because I already placed an order. Well who would think that a dog would want a bed AND food. They had my contact info from placing the order they could have reached out but no so now I have to go out and buy dog food anyway. Customer service was snooty both times I called. I will never trust them with another order.

When my order arrived, I realized I had made a mistake and ordered chicken instead of salmon flavored dog food. Because my dog has food allergies, I contact Chewy and asked if I could return. Though it was my fault - Chewy could not have made it easier for me. Thanks so much Chewy customer service!!

My cat also had renal failure, and I ordered a case of Rx cat food from chewy.com. They contacted my vet and I received the food in a timely manor. Unfortunately my kitty didn't survive and I never opened the box the food came in. I contacted chewy.com about returning the food, prepared to pay a hefty return shipping fee, but to my surprise, they credited my account for the food but asked me to donate the food to a shelter instead of returning it. This kind of compassion is so rare! I will be going to chewy first for all of my pet supplies from now on.

I cannot recommend this company enough to everyone I know with pets. I'm taking the time to write a positive review, unprovoked, which is very rare, but it is how much I love my experience with Chewy. I have a cat with renal failure and need to get him prescription food. I gave Chewy my vet's number and they got the prescription information themselves and I was able to buy his food and have it shipped to my house instead of going out to the vet to pick it up. Now I use it for my dog's food, treats, toys...whatever! I have an autoship which I can customize any time. I place orders late at night and get a notification the next morning that it has shipped and the day after it's waiting for me when I get home. You can't beat that! THANK YOU CHEWY!!!

I have been ordering from chewy.com now for a while and they have by far the best customer service and lightning fast shipping I have seen. Their prices are reasonable and comparable. I have a few things I need regularly so their autoship option is very convenient. I must say the only time I had any discrepancy in an order was my fault where I made a duplicate order and received two boxes containing dog food and did not need that much. They canceled payment on one of them and told me to just donate that dog food to a shelter or humane society in my area--VERY IMPRESSIVE! Can't brag enough on this company.

Chewy's has got to be the all time best online pet store anywhere. They are outstanding when it comes to customer care. I have had a problem once or twice with my cat not taking to a product I tried switching her to and Chewy's credited the price and told me to donate the product to a shelter. How great is that!! The prices are the best for my expensive canned cat food and Autoship is terrific. Thanks Chewy for great service ...please don't change " ]. kindly Lakota K.
