I got tired of PetSmart's high prices and mediocre service. Most of what I need I can find on Chewy.com at sometimes much better prices. Order processing and shipping has been pretty quick too. I haven't had to contact customer service, so I can't tell you about that. But so far, I'm a happy customer. 8/3/2017 Update: I know PetSmart bought them, but so far I haven't notice too much of a difference.

Six days after my order, I am still waiting for 1-2 day shipping. First, I received an email saying there was a problem with my order, but when I called, they just wanted to confirm my information. What is the purpose of online ordering if you have to call to confirm? Every day since then, the tracking information extends the delivery date one more day. We'll see if my order arrives and in what condition. I'm not impressed since I only went to Chewy because Amazon was going to take a week for delivery.

Chewy.com makes my life easier. I love having my dogs food autoshipped to my front door. It is so easy to quickly ship early if needed and the food always arrives fast! I have chosen to ship my food early twice on a Thursday and the food is at my door Saturday morning! Highly recommended for all your pet needs!

Everything was exactly as they say. We got our dog food in 2 days just as promised. Food was in fine shape and fresh. We loved not having to lug those heavy bags home as we are disabled. Thank you so much chewy.com!

I received a bag of dog food that had a small hole and I found bugs in bag. No questions asked when I called; they apologized profusely and sent out another bag same day free of charge. No need to return first bag either so no hassle at all. I am a BIG fan of this company. Very well run.

My 1st order was dog which I ordered around a holiday weekend and that came in pretty quickly. I then placed an order for cat food and as soon as I got it is fed it to my cats and of course they didn't like it. I called customer service and they were great. They credited my card back and told me to donate it to a shelter. I have a standing auto shipment. I needed to send it easier which was quite easy enough but I wanted to add something to the order and didn't know how (I didn't want to pay S&H on 3 small cat toys). So I placed the order without the toys. I called a little later and asked customer service if there was anyway I could add them and she said the order had all ready been sent but she could send them out with the S&H fees waved. I said that's why I was trying to add. I Thanked her and as we were on the phone waiting for the order to process she asked me about my animals and their names. In short great, great customer service. Thank you for a great experience Johanna Bandyszewski
