Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I won't use anyone else for my pet needs. I was a little skeptical at first with how much cheaper the prices were. My pitbulls eat the Nutro Max. At Petsmart they are about $40-$50 a bag. Chewy was $30 . Plus free 1-2 day shipping. You can save a little more if you sign up for auto ship but I hate those commitments..Any way, they are always on time and one time I screwed up my order and when i called they answerd immediately and were super friendly and helpful. I recommend them to everyone!

From the first order have always had a good, fast experience. Delivery times may depend on where you are located compared to their warehouses (not sure.) I've always received orders next day or , at most, 2 days later.

Yes I bought the Bergan food dispenser. I read the reviews thought I would give it a shoot used it for 24 hours .well needless to say my babies didn't eat. I felt soooo bad... I have English mastiff "s well there mouths are to big. So now I have a semi expensive item that I cannot use....:(......

Chewy.com is simply excellent ... from start to finish. I've used many other, similar, companies for both pet food as well as supplies, and had mixed success. Some were horrible service and resolving unauthorized charges to accounts were a nightmare; others were simply 'OK'. Chewy is prompt, courteous, and has terrific customer support. Since switching, I refer many people to Chewy.com; all report equally wonderful service

Chewy has excellent prices on everything I've ever needed, but that's not even the best part. Every single time I've ever contacted customer service, they handled my problem immediately and with no questions asked. They are more than willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer, so when you have that AND great prices you just can't go wrong using them. I recommended them to every pet owner I know and continue to do so with anyone new.

Do not expect 2 day shipping, apparently it is a way to get new customers. It's back to Amazon for me, they promise delivery that is realistic and deliver earlier by a full day. I prefer honesty to hype!

Fine selection but Amazon.com is definitely cheaper...

Best online service ever! Website is very user friendly, prices are cheaper than pet stores, and customer service is phenomenal! I think they even have Amazon beat!
