Never ordered from Chewy? You are loosing too much! My friend reccomended me Chewy.com , and now I only use Chewy's autoship to order food/treats/toys for my puppy and kitty. Exeptional customer service. Have a problem? In a few minutes you don't have any problems :))) Chat is quick and amazing.. They will answer ANY questions you might have. I asked how many nuggets is in the bag.. And they gave an anwser! I trust Chewy, and love their discounted prices. They make pet ownership much easier!!! My new order is coming soon... So exited!

I have never been so impressed by customer service reps as chewy.com. I had a problem with the delivery by Fedex three times and chewy.com reps were gracious, very pleasant and replaced the order (3 times) without a fuss. Truly amazing and really shows they stand by their reputation. I am a customer for life. They pack the goods well too and the shipping is REALLY quick. I have nothing but good things to say about the company. They obviously train their people to an exceptionally high standard.

Ordered dog food and cat food. My cats food always has to be ordered at my local pet store. I ordered Monday morning and Both bags of food were on my porch Tuesday morning!! Thank you!

I used to really like chewy.com and thought it's perfect for my dog. They shipped expired dog food in the last auto ship, so I contacted them via e-mail & informed them what happened. They apologized, and instead of refunding the money back, they re-shipped the order. The re-shipment was expired too... This tells me they don't care about their customers.

I ordered an electric automatic litter box which broke a few days after using it. A replacement motor would have been $15 to ship but they sent me a brand new litter box for free! Amazing customer service!! I will always use Chewy for everything from now on...they earned a customer for life!

I contacted Chewy to request information on how to return dog food I could not use. I was told my card would be refunded and to donate the food to my local shelter which I did. Over a month later after numerous chats, phone calls and emails, no refund. Rather than provide a refund transaction number Chewy wants to contact my credit card directly. I can't remember the last time I heard something so stupid. Needles to say I am sure there is no refund and no dog food for my dog. I feel good about the donation to the shelter and never doing business with Chewy again.
