I couldn't be happier! No more trips to the pets store for HEAVY bags of dog food for my 2 big Labradors. Everything arrives on time and it's actually cheaper. Great concept! I'm so grateful!

Obviously the prices and free shipping are great. Sure Amazon primes are similar but I'm not an Amazon prime member so I just see it is as getting membership perks for free! Also, I ordered a travel bag to fly my new puppy home but ended up driving him instead so I don't need it. I called to ask about how to return it and they told me they would refund my money and to just donate the bag to a local animal shelter! How awesome. What a great company.

I ordered the wrong size crate, called to return, and the customer service rep was ridiculously helpful. Not only are the prices (for dog crates that I was looking at) great, but they have excellent guarantees and customer service. They definitely have a new customer in me.

Love Chewy.com. They are reliable, honest, and friendly. Had a trouble with an order double shipping. They corrected it immediately and credited me back the funds I paid. I won't shop anywhere else.

I had a problem with an order getting damaged. Cat food and litter all over the box. It was most likely the shipping company that damaged the shipment but chewy made it right immediately. Responsive 24/7 customer service. I also like their Autoship feature which makes repeat purchases very easy to manage.

Chewy has always had the largest selection of food for Alex and the shipping is the fastest imaginable. If I ever had a problem with an order they have corrected it without hesitation and to my total satisfaction.

I have my cats' food autoshipped to me and they have made it so easy and their shipping is two days. Even a non-autoship order is 2 days. They are excellent and can't recommend them enough. They make changing an autoship order extremely easy and they have never screwed up. I wish all online retail was as good as Chewy.
