This was our first time ordering from chewy and We ordered a 31 lb bag of dog food and 16 lb bag of cat food along with litter and canned food. Fedex delivered it to the wrong house, and the dog food and cat food attracted ants to both the house that it was wrongly delivered to and our house when we picked it up from the house (2 boxes both over 50 lbs). We never had that problem when we get the bags of food from the store. We thought this would be easier for my aging mother but it was a disaster. We will continue to just buy from the store for a bit more money. The customer service team from chewy were all very friendly and they gave us a refund, the biggest problem was fedex.

Chewy.com has AMAZING customer service. Representatives are genuine and friendly. They seem to have the technology to do their job well and can easily, and quickly help you with your order! The website is easy to navigate, auto ship makes my life easier, and shipping is fast! Oh and their prices are very good too! 5 paws!!!

I have never had a problem with this company. They have had to best customer service I have ever experienced. I have been a customer for 2 years with autoshipping my dog and cat food every month. I cannot rave how great of a company this is.

I have ordered from chewy.com a couple times and have always been satisfied with their service. But it was my most recent experience that truly showed me what a great company it is! I had recently changes my dog to a new food. While he has always had allergies, I noticed that they had become worse in recent weeks. Worried that it was due to the new food I planned to switch back to his previous food. Unfortunately I had just bought a couple more bags of the new food from chewy.com. I contacted them to see if the unopened items could be returned...No only did they refund me the unopened bags, they did not require me to return them. They only asked that I donate them to the local shelter! I was blow away! What a great company! I highly recommend this company!!

We order A LOT of prescription cat food. We switched to chewy when the other mail order company's cans were arriving dented and cracked open. Chewy places a protective cardboard box/sleeve around their cases of cat food. It really helps. What's even better are the prices -- lower than local. But best of all is the customer service. About a month ago, we brought our terminally ill cat home after a 2 week hospitalization. I ordered food, but made a mistake. I called immediately when I discovered my mistake -- distraught bc I wanted this particular food (he would eat it) and the customer service rep had me hold on the phone while she called our vet to get authorization, which greatly speeded things up. The shipment was sent out that day. Our little meow died a little over a week ago. It's been really rough, but I wanted to thank the young lady who was so kind to me on the phone and who straightened up MY mistake. I sent chewy an email thanking her. The next day, we received flowers with a very nice card. FROM CHEWY. I could not believe it. Here I am thanking them and they send us flowers. They already had us as lifetime customers before this. I just wanted to let others know. It's a company with a heart. Thank you, chewy.com.

I discovered Chewy.com about a year ago. Their customer service is over the top awesome! I truly cannot say enough!

Chewy.com has gained a customer for life! We were referred a while back by my mom who has been nothing but pleased by chewy.com and I took my time looking into it. We've been getting autoship orders for about 8 months and 2 months ago had to modify one to accommodate our 11 year old lab who developed mega esophagus. We had to let him go two weeks ago and I forgot to cancel the auto shipment. When I contacted customer service to inquire about a return, the representative was kind, courteous and respectful. She refunded the total order and asked that we donate it to other fur babies in need. As if it weren't enough that their prices are better, the orders arrive at my front door and the shipping is free, their customer service is spot on!
