Ordered dog food which came to $44 but needed to spend $49 to get free 1 to 2 day shipping. So I spent a little more, and to my surprise when I looked at the email, anyway that it would be a week not the 2 day as promised. I had to buy another bag of food locally.

All great. Could use better treats for larger dogs and pricing.

I ordered two harnesses from the Chewy for my dog, Bailey, to try out and neither of them fit her (dachshund problems). Today, I called Chewy to get a return shipping label and the customer service rep told me that I did not need to return them, but that I will receive a refund and asked that I donate the harnesses to a local animal shelter. I was blown away. Even though the harnesses were not very expensive, I thought it was the nicest way to give back. Chewy will definitely have my business from now on!

I'm one of those procrastinates, doesn't learn from prior experiences, forgetful types of pet parents. You know, the kind who doesn't reorder food until the current bag is almost empty and then doesn't double check the shipping address even though it's the first order after a move. I recently emailed their 24/7 customer service account in a panic because my cat's food bag is 100% empty and I came home patting myself on the back for perfectly timing this delivery only to find it was delivered to the old address and the new resident is MIA to my requests of obtainment. Not 5 minutes after my email (filled with 'what do I do?'s and "please help") I get an email shipping confirmation for my cat's food to be delivered to my new address free of charge. As you may have guessed, this isn't the first time they've graciously swooped in and saved me from a fur-mommy nightmare. My experience with their whole team has been nothing but exemplary and more than meets my expectations. They really make themselves available to their customers 24/7 and understand the significance pet parents place on little things like the quick delivery of special food orders or getting the right brand/flavor of product. I really can't thank them enough for helping me without question time and time again. If you're a hot mess (like me) but love your pets I highly recommend using Chewy.com for your pet needs.

This company AND its employees are simply amazing. We were so saddened by the quick passing of our 6 year old Labrador. We had just purchased a bunch of dental treats and a big bag of dog food which I opened. I called them to ask if I could return the unopened product and they said not to bother, just donate it all to our favorite animal shelter and they refunded 100% of our purchase price. I could hardly get through the online chat without shedding tears as we just lost her about a week ago. They all are animal lovers and felt our pain. We are now lifelong customers. Rest in Peace Juno, you are still being loved after your passing.

Wow!! I love Chewy.com. The prices are competitive, the shipping is fast and free...that in itself is amazing considering the weight of my orders! I had a package broken by fed ex and not delivered so Chewy is re sending my order free! I have been ordering for several months.Everything is perfect ALWAYS! No more lugging litter and a shopping cart full of food. Just open my front door! Love this company! !!!

We've ordered from Chewy a few times now, and every time things were absolutely perfect. Last order, however, FedEx marked the package as delivered but we never received it. I contacted Chewy's live chat and explained what happened. They requested my e-mail address that was linked to my account, and without any further questions, they completely replaced the entire order. Absolutely the best customer service I've ever received. Friendly personnel and prompt replies. None of this was even Chewy's fault, as they had sent it out to the correct address within the time they said it would take. Once sent out, it is no longer Chewy's fault if anything goes wrong, yet they still took care of me in the best way possible. I am so happy I found this site! Thanks again to the amazing people at Customer Service! (Kayla M, you were great! Thanks again!)
