After a recent order arrived with a damaged item (my bag of pill pockets was split open and nearly every pocket crushed), a quick call to Chewy Customer Support made it all better. They immediately shipped a replacement and I got to keep the busted bag (which is ok...curshed or not it makes the pills easy to slip into my pooch!) Thanks for making me feel like a valued customer.

I recently had an order where one of the cases of cat food was damaged. I contacted Chewy by email and within minutes had a reply and a replacement order precessing! I ordered $175 on my auto ship and 6 days later it shipped again charging me again! I do not need $345 worth of dog food nor did I order this much. I have contacted Chewy twice and been told that they were processing the refund. I still have not received it and it has been 3 weeks now! I'll never purchase from them using auto ship again. What a hassle!

I have been doing business with chewy for over 1 yr. I have absolutely 0 complaints. They carry a good variety of dog food/ price is good/ they have always been very friendly/ lots of product knowledge and advice/ best of all the dog food is delivered right to my door every mnth. My biggest shock was one mnth. I accidentally received a double order (my order is usually in the $125.00 area per mnth. instead of returning it they told me to donate it to a locale shelter! WHO DOES THAT!!!!!!! I found out a little bit about myself when faced with giving all that dog food away that I could have saved a few bucks on But I did manage to do it and the giving was a good feeling.All I can say is thank you for the life experience (this has made me a better person and again is why would you go anywhere else! GREAT COMPANY

Online shopping has its pros & cons. Fact. My experience with chewy.com is unmatched. Whatever I need for my pet (dog) I can find here. I wanted a healthy dog food good for my girl, I found chewy, did some searching, & found Blue's chicken & rice recipe. She knows where her bag is & will sit next to it when it's time to eat. Great price. Im leaving this review to express how excellent customer service is. I bought a harness that was too small once I got it. I sent an email to customer service & within thirty mins I had a response. Not to mention I had my problem discussed & fixed within mins. Trust me, give the site a try & save time & money.

Chewy.com is the best company to deal with. You receive your orders on time and very FAST, and the food IS ALWAYS FRESH. ABSOLUTELY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Customer Service is always so nice and willing to help you!!!!! Definitely would give them the highest rating among all online even offline stores I've dealt with.

Product selection is great, they ship right away and free shipping is available for a low amount of purchase. This was my first purchase from this company after using a couple of other companies. Chewy is a much better company to deal with and their prices are lower. I had need to talk to customer service and they were great!! I know a good thing when I see it -- this is my company now for all my doggie needs!
