I just had the most nicest customer service encounter ever!! I had ordered a reptile light for our Turtles from Chewy.com and had gotten it Thursday and it blew out tonight. I was skeptical that they would care but they were so nice. And instantly set me up to receive a new one... free of charge..no shipping.. and no grief or stress. It was lovely. I will continue my business there and honestly with only them!!! They are wonderful!!

I was referred to Chewy by a woman whom I had adopted my two kittens from. She fed them Blue Buffalo and told us it was cheaper and easier to order on Chewy. All my orders with them have shipped almost immediately (At one point, I ordered late Thursday and it arrived Friday morning!) As it is, that was incredible to me how great and quick they work, but yesterday I received a postcard in the mail, hand written, wishing that my "fur babies" enjoy their blue buffalo kitten food and that they're available to call 24/7 with problems. A hand written letter! I couldn't believe it, easily best company I've worked with in a long time. Get your pet products from Chewy!

Keeps taking out of my bank account after they said they would put it back on my account. They made me negative over a hundred dollars now because of this. I don't have a auto ship or anything like that set up, I don't recommend this company what so ever now and I have had more problems then within the company then I would wish on anyone. Foster and smith is much better

I have been using Chewy.com for my precious fur babies. I have to say that this website has the best price out there and the customer service is excellent! They are always available to chat or call. I never had any issue that was unresolved by this company. Keep up the good work guys!

I just got off the phone with a Chewy representative and it was the best experience I have had with any business's customer service. My cat did not like the very expensive food I had ordered, so I called to exchange it and I got a live person upon answer who was able to quickly look up my order and account and promptly refund me for the product since my cat had not eaten any of it. They also placed a new order for me and waived the shipping cost! Super easy, friendly, and great prices! I won't go anywhere else for my pet needs.

This company has wowed me from the very beginning. It started with a hand-written post card just saying thank you for being a customer. Every single time I have contacted their customer service, they are more than happy to help in any way they can and also respond incredibly fast! I had an order that was $0.02 short of the free shipping, and when I contacted them, they just refunded the shipping cost. Another time I ordered a case of cat food that my kittens just refused to eat. Unfortunately since I had opened a few of the cans from the case, they couldn't take them back, but their customer service refunded the money for the whole case and told me to donate what I had left to a local shelter which I was happy to do. They are an amazing group of people and really care about their customers!

This company as totally “wowed” me! I got a puppy back in early July. Upon a friend’s recommendation, I checked Chewy.com out an ordered a few items prior to the puppy’s arrival. Shipping was free and the order arrived the next day. So, I placed another order and ordered puppy food along with other needed items. The food bag had a hole in it and food had spilled into the box. I called to complain, and was provided by a replacement bag – without me even having to ask! It arrived the next day. In the following months I have placed 5 more orders. 4 without any issues. This last order,though, had one item arrive defective. They immediately sent out a replacement – again without me asking! It arrived next day. This company has exceeded my expectations! I now get all of my pet supplies from Chewy! With the "daily deals" they save me money and with the free shipping, they save me time as well!

Nicely laid out web pages, large selection of products, craftsmanship of items is very well done, great prices, and very quick delivery time.
