I have been ordering from Chewy for quite some time now and have always received my items very quickly and the products were just what I ordered. The prices overall are acceptable. My pup was put on a prescription diet food since she has not been able to eat most foods and not get an upset tummy. Just getting her to eat has been a feat most days. Ordered the food and (Chewy always ships out very quickly) noticed that they hadn't shipped it out. Contacted them and they were waiting on my vet for the script. Called my vet and while on was on the phone, Angela from customer service was on the other line already with them too! She was so pleasant and had the script in hand within 5 mins. Called back and spoke with Brian in customer service. He was very helpful and said the food would be here the next day! Will be back again and I have already told so many about Chewy. It is so very refreshing to find a company with customer service personnel that are actually courteous, helpful and have product knowledge. Updated - The food was here the next day! Chewy does it again! Thank you, Chewy.

I have been nothing but impressed. On more than five occasions I have contacted customer service, and within minutes, they solve whatever my issue is. They have incredibly quick shipping, great value, and on the rare occasion that they don't have one of my items in stock, they contact me right away and we work to create a solution. I truly enjoy shopping with Chewy.

I purchased two items from chewy for my friends it was a surprise gift. They canceled both of my orders, i called back and customer service was extremely rude. Dont do business with these clowns stay away!

Within seconds a person answered the phone, knew who I was without asking anything (by phone number) and helped me change the order I had just placed. I was off the phone within 2 minutes. Very easy, friendly and helpful. I have never been so impressed! Keep it up!

I was very impressed by chewy.com and the customer service they provide. The dog bed I ordered was too small for my dog. When I called I was expecting them to have a long list of complicated steps to return the bed, but instead I talked to a friendly representative that told me to donate the bed to a shelter and gave me a full refund. I also asked for free shipping on the new bed that I ordered because I already paid for shipping, and they accommodated me with ease. I will definitely be a chewy.com member for life. Great job guys, I am impressed!

If you're in the market for pet supplies, check out Chewy.com. They have the best customer service ever (oh, and a real person answers when you call). Hopefully you don't have to call, but hypothetically if FedEx delivers your package to the wrong house and tells you to go search your neighborhood for it in the rain when you've had a fever for 6 days...they will hook you up. So i placed my first order. 44LBS Dr Tim's. when the food arrived the seal was broken and the food was no longer vacuumed packed. I called customer service to document this. I was prepared to use this bag figuring it happened in shipment but wanted to document it in case it happened in the future. The customer service rep could not apologize enough and said to discard the food and a new bag would be reshipped. WOW with customer service like this i will be a life long customer. both Murphy and I cant than you enough. Thanks Chewy! Rick

I got a 6 pack of flea and tick stuff cheaper on here than anywhere else. I saved so much money and the shipping was free and got here in 2 days. I love ordering from here and getting what I want quick!!!
