I have a new puppy and can't find her food in my local pet shop so I ordered online at Chewy as they had the best prices. I also ordered a soft dog crate to use while traveling in the car. Both arrived within 2 days as promised. I misjudged the size of the crate ordered a crate way too big. I could not find instructions for a return. i used the live chat function and was connected to customer service who immediately told me to expect a refund with a few days. I was still confused as i needed a return slip- and when I asked for one, I was told to donate this crate (which cost $82 on sale) to my local shelter. i was stunned by this generosity and when I commented that I thought that was an awesome gesture and that I will do exactly that and mention Chewy as the donor to the local shelter, i was told to simply donate this in my puppy's name! What a fantastic and wonderful company! Chewy gets all of my business from now on! THANK YOU SO MUCH CHEWY- you totally made my day with your kindness!

A few months ago, I changed my order but Chewy sent me one case of cat food that I had cancelled a few days prior since my cat's appetite had changed. Called about returning the case of cat food and was told to donate it to a "no kill shelter". This is one company with outstanding customer service. Refer all my friends to shop with them!!

Why have I not used this company before. Customer service polite and secure website. Free shipping, large order for 4 pets received in less than two days to my door. Prescription foods coordinated with our vet. I'm hooked. Thank you.

I have been having food, litter etc. delivered for my cats by Chewy for the last two years, and they have been, without exception, incredible. You can't beat their prices, and on every occasion I have had cause to deal with their customer service (always super friendly) they have resolved the problem immediately and to my complete satisfaction. Don't think twice, send your business their way!

I have been ordering from Chewy.com for a few years. Their prices and speed of delivery can't be beat. I contacted them today because my very picky 10 pound dog refused to eat a new food I ordered from them. I was just interested in exchanging it for a food she will actually eat. They not only refunded my money but sent me a bag to replace it (food she already had tried and liked). I will be donating the dog food she wouldn't eat to my local shelter. Excellent, excellent, excellent customer service!

I love the website, and they ship pretty quickly. I just had an issue where an autoship went through and I didn't know it was even set up (my mistake, of course) and the rep was so nice. She cancelled the order and refunded the money, and we even talked about our furbabies for a bit. Great customer service and a great website! Also, they told me not to worry about sending the stuff back if I did receive it, just to give it someone or someplace in need. Will definitely be taking it to the local shelter. Great company!

Ordered a ramp for my older pitbul who is having a hard time jumping. My dog refused to use the ramp not mater what we tried. I called and asked for a refund and a return label. The agent gave me a refund and when I asked for a return slip the agent told me to keep the ramp and donate it to a rescue. I dropped the ramp off at a local recuse for dogs in my area. This is a wonderful company and I will be making purchases.
