We needed to get new carriers for our kittens. We ordered (2) PETMATES hutches. Not only were they on sale & delivered in days, their clever design turned out to be amazing for our girls. Not one peep out of them during the car ride to or from the Vet! They loved being able to see all around them & each other. Highly recommend them!

the best websites! They are very fast and efficient and friendly.. lots of selection and GREAT pricing. It gets better, shipping is ridiculously FAST! And free if u spend over 50. I ordered a bunch of stuff for my new pup and came home from work following day to my package!!

I've used Chewy a few times in the past because of their fast shipping and competitive prices. However, my most recent experience was the BEST by far! I ordered a pretty hefty shipment of dog food, treats and medicine and Chewy shipped it out the very next day. However, FedEx never delivered the package (despite the tracking info stating that delivery was confirmed). My security cameras showed NO FedEx delivery on the date listed, and FedEx has launched an investigation into what happened. But despite all of this, I still had a sick pup who needed her ear medicine - so I quickly called Chewy to place a REorder of everything in the original shipment (prepared to pay all over again - because the missing package was NOT their fault). But after explaining to the Chewy.com rep what happened, and requesting that she duplicate my last order, she ended up apologizing and shipping me my entire replacement order at no charge. It was SO unexpected, but SO appreciated! I truly admire Chewy.com for their kindness, loyalty and dedication to true customer satisfaction. Hats off to them!! I will be using them a LOT more from now on (....but still keeping a close eye on my FedEx guy). :-)

The only problem I had was the fact the straps are nylon and it slipped with the weight of my dog. So, I merely wound it around the post of the head-rest twice, then put it back through the buckle again. Problem solved, no slipping. Now you may ask, what if I have a passenger,,well,I'll tell ya.I just undo the strap around the seat itself and flip it over the head-rest. It tucks right in between the back of the front seat and the back seat..! Solved It,, thanks guy's,,,

My package was lost/not delivered on time. I contacted chewy.com customer service, they answered on the first ring and sent me a new package that day!

Had an issue with an order of mine and not only did they give me a refund they asked if I can donate the goods to a local shelter instead of returning the items. Seeing a company like Chewy.com manage business this way honestly makes me proud to be a customer
