Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Placed an order at 11:30 on a Wednesday night. Received it on Friday morning at 10am....amazing customer service. Best prices I have found anywhere. And free shipping right to my doorstep. My orders are heavy too...cases of canned dog food and a 40lb. of cat food that I don't have to carry out of the store and carry from my car ever again. How great is that.

Chewy's prices are excellent, their web site is very user friendly, and their auto ship program works brilliantly, easy to update your items and ship dates. But most of all their customer service is top notch. Just had to return an unused item as my cat decided he no longer liked (thankfully before I opened the new bag). My call to Chewy was answered promptly and courteously, my credit card credited and then I was advised to just donate the item to a local cats home of my choice. What a company, what service. I am so impressed. Would recommend to all pet owners.

I've only ordered once so far. However I was very pleased with the price and quality.

The website is very easy to use and the prices are great, especially on things like flea medications! There were always emails updating me on the status of my order, I was able to track it easily and it arrived fast. I had one tiny issue and all I did was send an email to let them know, in case it was a packing issue. I didn't ask for anything but they replaced my item for free, no questions asked! Both emails sent to me regarding the issue were personalized and actually from a person, not some automated response. I always look for great customer service with and without problems and they handled themselves perfect!

We are so glad we found Chewy! They have all kinds of toys and treats that our puppy has just LOVED getting. Many of them are unique and we can't find elsewhere for the same cost. We also get his regular food and treats shipped automatically. Not only does it come out cheaper than our local stores, but then we don't have to worry about making the trip before he runs out. The shipping is always so quick as well!

A couple of weeks ago, I made my first purchase from Chewy.com and could not be happier with the results. After several weeks of my dog losing weight and suffering from diarrhea and vomiting for, seemingly, no reason, and without relief from other methods, I dropped his old food completely and put him on an all-natural diet that left me cooking more for him than I ever would for myself. Once he was settled on his new diet, I started looking for a dry food that incorporated the same ingredients and was highly rated. I turned to Taste of the Wild. The dog food companies around me do not carry it and I am not in the position to carry around a 30-pound bag of food to feed my gentle giant. Ergo, Chewy.com. Placed the order for the food (and a box of treats to hit free shipping) and two days later, happy puppy. I was impressed with the sheer amount of food types and brands, as well as the treat selection. In addition to the food, I was able to find treats that my dog is genuinely excited to eat. We're looking forward to the next shipment via auto ship.

I've ordered through chewy.com before, and have always been pleased with the customer service and the price of the supplies I get for my cats. I've had to call customer service twice in the past two years: once when I needed to return some foods my cats wouldn't eat. I was advised to donate the food to a shelter, and I would be refunded the money. Within 24 hours, the money was back on my card. Also, just recently I had some canned food delivered that was damaged in transit. I emailed customer service, and had a response within five minutes. They sent me a replacement case of canned cat food, and gave me a discount on my next order. Great customer service!

We have been ordering from Chewy.com for over 1 year now and the prices and time of arrival are unbeatable. We get our dog the Royal Canine prescription food due to his allergies as he is on a very strict diet. Our dog always has a healthy appetite and never leaves his food untouched. We got a new bag and for some reason he isn't eating it.. Even if we mixed it with wet food he would eat around and spit the kernels out.. We called them to see what we can do as we cannot afford to just buy another $100.00 bag again. They are sending us another bag at no cost in hopes that we just donate the other bag to shelter. I cannot thank Chewy.com and their team enough for being such a wonderful company. We will continue to always use their services when purchasing all our puppy needs. Thanks team and keep up the good work.
