I bought "taste of the wild" grain free cat and dog food from this site. I have bought this food before for my pets, with no issues. My 2 dogs and one cat reactive poorly to their food, that I had to throw it out.Not trusting online products any more. I now buy Blue from a pet store for now on'

Had my package stolen off of my porch and asked Chewy if there was a way to require a signature from FedEx going forward. Not only did they provide detail of how to make this request on the FedEx website, they waived the cost of the replacement order! Above and beyond customer service. Seriously made my week... they've earned a customer for life!

Our beloved ten year old Great Dane needed prescription dog food due to a sensitive stomach. I shopped around and Chewy.com had the best price. I received a prescription from my vet and it was easy to order. A couple of days before my order arrived, his health took a turn for the worse and we made the sad arrangements to put him down. We had to say goodbye to him the very day our dog food arrived. I sent an email to Chewy.com the following day and asked if I could return the food for a partial refund. They told me to donate the food to a local shelter and they refunded my entire order. I thought this was amazing, as they basically lost shipping and a bag of dog food on me and for all they know, I could have lied about it all. But wait, I am not done! Today, my wife just called me, as she received an order of flowers at home from Chewy.com, offering their condolences!!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE! What a company! Any company that cares for a new customer and our dog in this way has my business. I will never buy dog food from anyone else in the future.

I've ordered from Chewy for a good while now, and I have never had a single issue with any of my orders, products, or delivery times. However yesterday I got the flea prevention and one of the tubes had a hole in it. I emailed them and not even 10 minutes later I get a confirmation email that they shipped a replacement. Amazing company if I can get it on Chewy I do!

I recently received my auto-ship product and since that time, my dog passed away. I called to get information about returning it and they immediately refunded my credit card and told me I did not need to return it, but I could donate it to a shelter. The lady was so nice and compassionate on the phone. I have used them for many years and everything has always been perfect.

Ordered on Friday afternoon and it arrived Tuesday. It was packaged nicely, dropped right at my door, no shipping charges and the total order was $15 cheaper than if I bought it at the pet store

The shipping is ok.They state 1 to 2 days, but I have been getting my orders later than that. Other than that I really like chewy.com and so does my fur babies.

I placed my cat's prescription food order on a Wednesday, and five days later I have not received it. I was supposed to get it in 1-2 business days, and it's going to be 6 days at the very least.
