I have 3 cats, all with serious illnesses, and need special items often. I've been ordering from Chewy for years but today, they did something astonishing. First, let me say the prices are great on most products, the delivery is free + 2nd day delivery ($50+) and their website is well done. Today, I realized I'd ordered the wrong case of ($25)wet food. I called and, guess what? A HUMAN ANSWERED and she even spoke english clearly! I told her my issue and she told me my account would be credited in a few days and that I could donate the food to my local animal shelter! They have assured my loyalty for a lifetime with that gesture.

I needed to make a return, and they just gave me the refund and asked that I give the item (just a litterbox) to an animal shelter so that's what I'll do!

Having 30 FERAL cats in my TNR program I am always looking for the best prices for our many cat needs...I found them with this company today...I kept going in and placing lots of orders in one day...I want to thank chewy.com for calling me in person to make sure it was me ordering and how much I ordered. With all the online hacking going on giving a credit card can be worrisome...I now feel like I made the perfect choice going through chewy they have great prices and made me feel safe...Thanks. I started out having a rocky experience with this company - the order didn't arrive in time based on a phone call with the rep when I placed it and not everything arrived. They quickly rectified and got me the missing items. I still wasn't impressed. After having our water fountain for only a short period it stopped working. I called to see what they would do and to my surprise they replaced it. I am most grateful as is our pup. They had to work hard to change me over since I was so displeased to start and would like everyone to know that did right by us. Thank you Chewy.com for being a good company.

I realized that I had an order on the way and I didn't need the bag of food. I called and spoke with Phillip M. and received excellent customer service. Not only was the problem immediately resolved but the level of customer service that I received was exemplary. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and would like to give a shout out to the staff who helped me.

I won't shop PetSmart due to their supporting Michael Vick's book signing. I usually shop Petco or Chewy.com. Chewy does deliver to your door but you need to keep in mind that they use FedEx Home and FedEx Home doesn't deliver on Mondays. I placed an order last night with Chewy expecting it to arrive Tues or Wed. Was notified not arriving until next Sat! Totally unacceptable. To add insult to injury, money deducted fr my bank but a refund on something not even shipped yet would take three days!! I no longer recommend Chewy.com. I have to order when I have the money to pay for it & often am almost out. Not happy with them any more. Finances are stressful enough without adding unacceptable shipping times.

I discovered Chewy.com about a month ago and have placed three good-sized orders with them. Their prices and selection of products can't be beat. The service they provide is life-changing! I have several pets, work full time and do volunteer work, all of which keep me very busy. I used to get my pet supplies from three different pet supply stores in my area (if a particular item was out of stock in one store I'd go to the next) and my husband would often go to a couple of pet stores that are near his work. This site saves us so much time from traipsing around in the car burning gas, waiting in line, etc. etc. Now we just order everything from Chewy.com and it all arrives at the house in 1-2 days. Their prices are cheaper than what we pay at the stores, and so far our orders have qualified for free shipping which is awesome! Also their customer service is top notch. I had one item arrived damaged. It was a box of cat litter and part of the box was crushed and torn open spilling litter all inside the shipping carton. I figured that was the fault of the delivery company and not Chewy.com but I emailed Chewy.com just to let them know - not expecting a refund or anything since everything else in the order was in great shape and these things sometimes happen. A rep from Chewy.com emailed me back in less than an hour and said that sort of thing shouldn't happen and refunded the price of the cat litter on the spot. That was so unexpected and much appreciated - it speaks volumes as to what an amazing company Chewy.com is and I highly recommend them to anyone who is on the fence about ordering from them.

I loved the FedExhome shipping. I placed an order in the afternoon CA time and requested same day shipping. They packed and shipped out before midnight for Fed Ex shipment. FedEx flew it to CA and I had it in two days. Our poor FedEx guy carried two large bags of kitty litter and small cans of kitten food and as many new toys as I could find, all in one box. Better yet, when we're home,he'll bring the box inside because it's too heavy to move for me. I have contacted Chewy customer service in the past and they answered instantly and walking me through solving my problem. I couldn't be happier with chewy.com.
