I liked their dog food but it was too big for my dog. I forgot to cancel the autos hip. No questions asked, refunded my money, cancelled autoship aND told me to donate the food to a local shelter!! Great company!!

I love this company and based on the other reviews I am not alone! I first heard the name Chewy when my sister liked a friend's Facebook post with a picture of flowers that Chewy's had sent her after she notified them she needed to cancel her auto ship order because her dog had passed away. I thought this was an amazing gesture that no other large company has done for me personally before so I thought I'd give them a try. I am so glad I did!! The prices are great, customer service is wonderful, and who doesn't love 1-2 day shipping!!

I have been ordering from Chewy.com for a few months now and have nothing but great things to say about them. I had to have an item substituted one time and their customer service was awesome! They replaced my ordered product with another of my choice and made sure that I wasn't charged shipping. I can even get my items for less than what I can buy them for at my local pet stores AND grocery superstore. That was an unexpected surprise! Lastly, having these heavy items delivered right to my door is an added plus.

Great product choices (including prescription food and treats). FAST shipping. Great communication. Great prices. I order about once a month, maybe more. I had to call customer service once due to my own error when ordering. Spoke with someone right away and my boo-boo resolved. The whole call took MAYBE a minute. If you make an error on your order (like I did) you only have a tiny,TINY window to make changes-that's how fast they are! I've placed orders where I receive the confirmation and 2 hours later I receive the shipping notification. I've been so pleased with Chewy over the last 3 years that I don't really bother looking at other pet supply sites...and I don't have the hassle of lugging around several 40lb bags of dog food in the store every month. THANK YOU, CHEWY!!

By far the best shop to purchase pet supplies: I would recommend this to everyone! They have an excellent selection, the best prices around, fantastic customer service, and ship so fast! They also sent the most adorable hand written holiday cards out, if that doesn't say a company cares about their customers, I don't know what does. I'll certainly remain a customer for years to come!

I ordered a ton of stuff on Black Friday that ended up being very very heavy. It was mostly packaged together and my package arrived with pet wipe containers that were completely cracked open and leaking fluid. In the typical vein of horrible customer service, I expected that someway somehow I would not get a refund for it because they could probably blame it on the carrier. But I wrote them an email and not even 3 hours later I already had a confirmation email of my new wipes being sent out to me at no charge. The customer service rep told me that I could keep the broken wipe packages and use them or donate them to a pet shelter. AMAZING. Really solidifies in my mind that Chewy is here to help us take care of our pets! And the animals who are not yet pets themselves :)

I do not typically post reviews, but I have to express how wonderful this company is!! Not only do they carry my brand at very competitive prices, they ship super fast, and the site is very easy to use and autoship was no problem at all to change. But even besides that I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. I thought it was absolutely incredible that they sent me a handwritten postcard thanking me for my business after I made my first purchase. And today I come home to a handwritten holiday greeting card, expressing sincere gratitude for my business and wishing us "lots of pet love and happiness in the New Year". Seriously, what company does that anymore?!!! Absolutely wonderful!! Chewy.com will always keep my family's business!!!
