I am never one to write reviews, but I honestly cannot say enough great things about this company!! They have great sales and usually ship in less than 24hrs! Handwritten greeting cards in the mail on the holidays to top it off, you never see this from companies anymore! Their customer service is amazing as well. I bought a bark shock collar for my dog, it quit working even after I tried several new batteries. It had been about 13months (12months is the cut off) since I purchased, but I called anyways to see if they would do anything. It was a great product. After talking to them on the phone I had a new one on its way in the mail for no additional charge to replace the broken one! I have never bought my pet stuff anywhere else after that!

I have used chewy.com 3 or 4 times now and have had a good experience each time. From lower prices with free shipping over $50 to being able to find items I can't get in stores and amazingly fast shipping. Granted I'm not far from them, they're in Nevada and I'm in California, but honestly, next day shipping! And that's the free shipping! I'm thrilled with them.

I have never had a problem with this site! Sometimes I forget to place my order for my 3 dogs & everything still comes right on time! I love this site! Not to mention that sent a handwritten card as thanks for Thanksgiving! I've never experienced such a warm/personal response for something that I have to do monthly. Or even for that matter just seeing something on line that I could use but still using the same site again & again. Chewy totally vaules they're customers & understand without us they wouldn't exist! Thank you Chewy for your outstanding work!

The best site for pet supplies that I've ever used. The site is easy to navigate and has great deals, shipping is reasonable, very prompt and hassle free, and the customer service is unbeatable. Can't recommend this site enough.

I never review anything, but I had to write something amazing about this company because they deserve it! Their customer service is the best I've ever received anywhere. I ordered something that was out of stock and they personally called me to let me know it would not be in my order and I would not be charged. Also, I ordered two items that ended up being too small for my dog and they refunded my money and asked me to donate the items to a local animal shelter instead of returning them! They have super fast shipping which is always a plus... so needless to say, I will be a very long time customer to Chewy.com.

Chewy is by far the BEST company around. The customer service is first class! Their return policy is unheard-of and I've never had to wait on the phone for customer service. I highly recommend chewy!!

I just want to share my experience with Chewy.com. First of all I am so pleased and impressed with the way I have been treated, as a customer. Every time I order from them, their delivery service and promptness is very impressive. My last order was for a cat tree, which I received within three days. The product was very well packaged and the design and the quality is tops. My cats are very pleased with it (they love it) and it took me only 30 minutes to put it together with very easy to follow instructions. A company that serves its customers the way they do, can count on the loyalty and favor of those who order from them... Excellent!!!

This was my "first order" with Chewy.com and was a little apprehensive, since I had never ordered from them before. I just had foot surgery and cannot drive yet and cannot make my regular trip to the pet store, so thought I would try Chewy. My order went in on late Sunday evening (11/20/2016) and it shipped on Monday, received it on Tuesday 11/22/2016. Wow!! Was surprised how fast it got here, since I live in Sacramento County in California. I was very impressed with the packing, quick delivery and definitely plan to order in the future, saves me a trip across town.
