I get my cat food and litter on autoship every two months, shipping is quick and reliable and prices are great. Customer service is great, one time I had no money in my account when my shipment was to go out and they promptly and politely called me and set up a new schedule. This year I recieved a hand written Christmas card. Highly reccomend this service.

Just started using Chewy for my cat supply deliveries. First order Fed Ex messed up but Chewy sent another package out right away and asked me to donate the other package if I recovered it, which I did. Customer service are really friendly and seem like animal lovers. They sent a Christmas card and also when I spoke to them the employee told me to give my pets a hug for them. They really are a great company, The prices are cheaper than my stores and shipping is free. . On a side note, my cats LOVE the boxes and brown wrapping the items come in so not only do I get their food/litter/toys/catnip delivered to my door the cats get a new box fort every month.

I just received an email notifying me order was on the way thru Auto-ship, I was not aware or had forgooten I had requested that service. I called Chewy, explained my situation and they simply said they would credit my account, they would try to stop order however if it was too late they asked to please DONATE, I HAD NEVER heard of this, I AM SO HAPPY AND PROUD TO BE YOUR CLIENT, THANK YOU CHEWY, YOU ARE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.

First time to oder from this company. Website easy and quick to locate product and complete order. Information provided for products. Very fast shipping received next and very much appreciated because I was leaving for a week and was able to start my dogs treatment for body yeast before I left. Thank you so very much. I've used other websites, stores, all kinds of solutions for finding fair priced and reliable shipping service for my dogs food and toys. Honestly they all do the same thing, give you the same result, but Chewy takes it that next step, one time I found a note with starbursts in my dog foods delivery box, and another time, free treats. This morning, I checked my mail and received a thank you letter hand written from the co founders. That is called dedication, and true love towards our furry friends. The staff at the place we used to buy dog food from was just extremely unfriendly. It's like it was an inconvenience for us to be there and buy something from them. I was researching alternative stores and foods, (because the food we bought we only sold at that one store) and heard good things about Chewy. Outside of being a great service with competitive pricing, I have received two handwritten letters from them. One was a welcome letter, and the other was a holiday card. It's stuff like that that makes this company awesome. And it's things like that that will make me HIGHLY recommend Chewy to my friends and family. It's clear they care about their customers.
