I just this moment placed my first order and got my confirmation and noticed that I double-ordered an item. I called their customer service number and it was answered by a live person who was so pleasant and adjusted my order immediately. I am very impressed already and haven't even gotten my order yet!!

I've ordered a couple times from here and really liked how quick I received the orders. I found the website to be very easy to use and prices are on par or lower than the local store. The convince is the main added value, I hate driving to the store and lugging the food to my car etc.

I don't know where to start, so I'll keep it simple. I have ordered from other companies, but nothing beats chewy.com! Okay, some prices on the higher end dog food could be a bit better, but the pricing/selection on treats is phenomenal. Having food delivered the next day is fine by me; who else does that? The customer service is stellar. First of all, the call was answered by a live person within the first few rings. Second, I had to return an item that I wasn't able to use and I was told to keep the item or donate it to a shelter, but my card would be credited within a few days. Third, I got a HAND WRITTEN Christmas card. Really? I've never seen that before. I was so amazed and honored. I know, odd to feel that way, but I feel like this company treats me like family. My roommate started her own Chewy account and got a postcard about her recent order hoping that the pups enjoyed their Acana dog food. Essentially, I am having trouble finding anything negative to say about Chewy.

I have never experienced such wonderful customer service in my life!!! They are polite, knowledgeable and helpful! Their prices are unbeatable. I will always use Chewy for my pet needs. I ordered doggy stairs and I chose a size that is too small, I called them to inquire about returning them and they refunded my money and told me to keep them or donate them to a rescue or shelter. I happen to volunteer for a rescue so it worked out great! They ship fast too!

Wow. I have been ordering from Chewy.com for several months and have experienced exceptional service in every way. Products requested are always in stock, shipments arrive as scheduled and in excellent condition, email inquiries are answered within minutes and the auto ship option is extremely user-friendly. However--it gets better! Late last night, I was certain that my most recent delivery had not arrived, so I sent an email asking for a new shipment. I received an instant apology and the replacement was sent out immediately. Today, I found the original shipment (which, of course, had been delivered as scheduled). When I offered to pay for the replacement, I was informed there would be no cost ($150+)--but if I wanted to donate it to a local shelter, that would be great. I cannot recommend Chewy.com and their awesome customer support any more highly. They totally rock!

Chewy.com is my goto for my holistic cat food. Not only are the prices good, but the service is outstanding. I ordered good Thursday afternoon, and it shipped Friday, arrived Saturday morning. I use their auto-ship, and it's so easy to change your frequency or order date, just a few clicks. They also sends personalized, hand-written greeting cards. I absolutely love them.

All of these prices on this site are the same price as when you go into the store. Why offer in the commercial that the prices are 20% when I can go to petsmart or petco and pay the same price there without shipping and handling. Don't advertise on TV discounts that don't exist.
