They were absolutely wonderful and you can tell they are pet lovers. I reached out (and not due to a mistake, they're excellent) and they went above and beyond any sort of customer service I've ever had. Thank you Chewy! Sara (& Buttons)

My dog was hospitalized and needed special dog food so I couldn't feed him the food I bought from chewy. I called them, they refunded my money and told me to donate the dog food to a local shelter. I will ALWAYS be doing my business with them!

I must have accidentally duplicated an order yesterday. I received a call this morning to verify if one of the orders should be cancelled. Instead of letting the order go through and making money, the company called to check and cleared the extra order. I was already enjoying the quick delivery and the great information on products. Now I feel like my auto and extra orders are in good hands. Thank you, Chewy!

Gemma and Penelope would like to thank chewy for getting their dog food delivered on time and never for getting their food and treats. I love this site cause you have great product free shipping and great items for a fair price and shipping is always quick and correct. Thank you all at chewy

My first time using them was to order a case of wet kitten food the other day, but the sweet kitten I was ordering for passed late Saturday and I'd just gotten the food yesterday. I called them to return the package and was met with excellent service. They picked up right away and were very understanding with what I wanted. They verified a full refund and didn't put me through the trouble of having to return the packaging, so I plan on donating it soon. I highly recommend Chewy and will be definitely ordering from them in the future when I'm ready for another cat.
