Amazing customer service! There was a glitch with my shipping order and it didn't arrive when it was suppose to so they refunded me my money and resent my order. Came the next day as well as my original order the following day. Called them to Let them know my original order came late and they said that's awesome enjoy the food! Will definitely be doing all my pet shopping through them from now on :) Thank you chewy.com!

The most incredible company! Extremely fast shipping, quality products, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and the best return policy. I called to return a dog feeder because it was too big for my dog and his response was, "I've refunded your purchase of $$... where is your local animal shelter?" He asked me to donate the feeder to the nearest shelter!!!! Outstanding people here. They have EXCLUSIVE customers FOR LIFE!

In my husband's words: "I will always use Chewy till the day I die." Here's why: They have everything you could ever want for your dog. Including the very hard to find Orijen dog food. Our first order ever of Orijen was the wrong flavor. They told us to keep it and sent us another. On the house. They expedited it and it was there three days later. Plus they didn't charge us for the other bag, which was 85$. I spoke with Blayke on the phone who was so helpful and a sweetheart and she shipped it right away. We recieved emails from Amanda to let us know it was on it's way. Chewy even sent us a cute Christmas card! This site has everything from organic dog food and treats to specialty diets, homeopathic remedies, collars, leashes, harnesses and so many great toys! We will be buying everything here from now on-especially considering it is cheaper than ANY other site, they have the most amazing staff, AND; theu genuinely care about your dog. We love Chewy!!!!

I have yet to find deals anywhere that are better than the ones on Chewy. Anytime I've needed something from customer service they have been so quick to respond, nice, and helpful. My packages always get here quickly and I recieved a hand written Christmas card from chewy corporate... it's nice to find a company that values and cares about their customers.

I have had a Mastercard paycard from my work for over a year now, and I could not understand why it was sometimes being rejected from amazon and Chewy. I tried to order a shipment of cat litter today using the same card, wondering if there had just been a technical issue before, but once again it was rejected. I wanted to make sure I could cancle the order until I could get a new method of payment, and had just opened up the live chat window to request a cancelation when, less than five minutes since my payment was rejected, my phone rang! I answered, and it was chewy.com, calling to let me know there was a problem with my card and that they were going to try to figure out why it had not gone through. I was shocked and amazed at the speed and friendliness, and we set about trying to find out why my card was rejected. It was as I was being asked to read out my card information that I realized /i had given them the wrong expiration date/. My card is a black mastercard, and the numbers blended into the card so much that I had been entering the wrong date online for over a year, explaining the reason it was always rejected. My customer service rep changed the information for me from their end, and within seconds my order had gone through successfully! Their customer service is extremely quick and friendly, and they are not afraid to call /you/ when they detect a problem with an account, instead of, as with Amazon.com, waiting for you to call them when there is a problem. They are extremely fast, friendly, and I am always surprised and pleased to find little postcards in the mail asking if i'm enjoying my order and if I would recommend them to others. I would highly reccomend Chewy to anyone who needs pet supplies, especially people who have multiple cats/rescues like we do, as being able to order a 42lb bag of /Scoopaway/ brand litter for $13 a bag is a lifesaver!

I feel like I need to shout from the rooftop how extraordinary this company is. I decided to try them out because we got a coupon in our local mailer. Since the first order, everything has been well priced and of good quality. I contacted their customer service once and they were extremely helpful and friendly. I will continue to use this company as long as they have anything I need. I highly recommend them!

I'm crazy busy like most people with Christmas preparations, family, friends, parties and I notice I'm out of cat food and litter. It was 3 days before Christmas and I placed an order with Chewy. I thought surely it won't come till after Christmas. To my amazement it came the day before Christmas, in 2 days!!! Not only do I get free shipping, but the pricing is better than what I find in any stores and there's always some kind of sale going on. I'm more than pleased with this company and will continue to buy from them for as long as needed. Highly recommended!!!! Thanks again....
