I have always had good experinces ordering dog food,treats,toys from chewy.com. Most of the delivery was only 1 day. I had just orderd 2 40# bags science diet on tuesday night, it arrived thursday, and on friday i had to have my dog put to sleep. I called chewy to see if i could return the food, The nice lady whom i spoke with said they will credit my card with the whole amount, and asked that if i have the time to donate the food to a shelter/rescue center.So we took it to the vet in town who was happy because theres always pet owners asking for donations. So im giving chewy.com an extra 10 and a shout out.

I have been ordering from Chewy.com since 2014. Delivery is amazing. I always have my order in 2 to 3 business days. Chewy has not been at fault for any issues I have encountered ( the delivery company was) yet they take responsibility and do what's necessary to rectify the situation. The customer service team is always personable, professional and accomodating. I received a welcome/ thank you note with my first order and handwritten holiday cards every year. Companies of this caliber are very rare these days. I would highly recommend this company. They will not disappoint.

Chewy is a great company with great customer service. At first I was skeptical from how low the prices were, I was afraid of getting a knock of brand. But no, what I got is what I wanted and for a great price. Also, after each purchase I've made, I have gotten a HAND written postcard or thank you card for purchasing items from their company. I refer all of my puppy pals to chewy.com and no one is ever disappointed.

I have been buying our dog diapers from Chewys for the last 6 months. Chewys had the best prices, and I was able to sign them up to arrive every so often so I could just forget about it. My dog's diapers were always delivered as expected and there was never one problem. Sadly, we are now having to put our dog down as she is in constant pain. I have extra diapers on hand since my regularly shipped order just arrived. When I called to see if I could return them, not only did they credit my account for the diapers, but they told me I can donate them to someone instead of having to go to the trouble of having to pack them up and mail them. I am so impressed, and so grateful for this company! I will definitely use them again!

Ordered 3 days ago a small bottle of ear care drops 1.5oz for 14.00 for 4.95 shipping and the item still hasn't shipped. I understand its the holidays but I wouldn't have ordered it if I didn't need it. I paid early enough 3 days ago for it to of shipped out the same day. For 4.95 shipping it should already be here but FedEx says the label was printed but they still haven't even picked it up. What a joke!
