I've only used Chewy twice. The first time my order was 100% correct and arrived in excellent condition. The second order did not fare as well. The bag of dog food I received the second time was not in very good condition(holes in bag causing stale product). I contacted customer service about receiving a partial refund (because I had used about half of the bag) and had a response back from CS within minutes stating they had sent another whole new bag to me free of charge. It's also really nice that I can pretty much guarantee my order will be at my house within two days of leaving the warehouse. It makes it easier to plan my delivery schedule so I don't have to have bags sitting around when I know the next bag is right around the corner.

Okay, I have loved Chewy.com from the minute I placed my first order. I now use their autoship program and am never dissatisfied. Today they took my appreciation to a whole new level. Because my big elder dog crossed over the rainbow bridge I was receiving too much food for my tiny dogs. I asked Chewy.com to hold my last order and refund me. Because I called too late (it had already shipped) they refunded my payment and rather than send it back they asked me to donate the big box of food to a local shelter or rescue! WOW. I am touched and impressed. They truly care about animals. So thanks to Nicole and Markus and Chewy.com for your amazing customer service and your great big hearts! The box is going to Green Dog Rescue today :D

I have ordered my cat food from chewy for years. I have had issues that required the help from customer service and will state that customer service addressed the problem immediately, swiftly, and accurately. Just an unbelievable, wonderful people to deal with. I continue to deal with, order from Chewy because the are the best in prices and customer service. Way to go Chewy!

My dog passed away, so i used the online chat to cancel my autoship. They were so nice, and Michael (the rep) told me if I needed someone to talk to just to call. He said they're all pet parents there and they are there if I need anything. That is amazing customer service!! Thank you Chewy!!

When we got our dog we realized that we needed a gate to keep him in the kitchen while we were not home. The only place with a reasonable price was Chewy. I had never heard of them and was not 100% sure to order from them. My wife convinced me to order and we could not be happier. We received the gate quickly. Well fast forward. We went to install the gate and quickly realized that it was not going to work. I called Chewy and requested a return. They refunded my money and instead of shipping the gate back to them they requested that I donate it a local animal shelter. How cool is that! Due to their awesome customer service we have ordered all of our dog food and treats from Chewy. Every time we are amazed at how quickly the items arrive. The last batch we ordered Monday night at approx 10pm and recieved the foot Wednesday before noon! Amazing fast shipping for FREE. I would recommend Chewy.com to every pet owner!
