What an amazing company! First off, my order came in very quickly and everything was great! However, we messed up on our end, accidentally ordering dog food instead of cat. Unfortunately, I already opened the bag before I realized it. I called about returns, expecting that they probably couldn't take the bag bag (understandably as it was now compromised). I just made a quick call and my behold! my money was refunded no questions asked! Better yet, they told me not to worry about returning the food, but asked that I go donate it to a local shelter instead! I love that they do this and I was so pleased when I heard it! I will be looking up shelters in my area right away! Thank you Chewy for your great customer service and your dedication to pets!

Figured I'd give a shoutout to Chewy.com because they are AMAZING!!! I totally forgot to change my address on my auto ship when I moved and freaked out when I got an email that the food had been shipped to my old house. I called them and someone picked up after 2 rings and had my package re routed within minuets! They also updated my new address. Before this I got an adorable hand written letter from them thanking me for my business <3 After the call I got an email back (I first emailed and then called 2 minuets later). Even though someone already helped me, the guy still responded and followed up to make sure I was taken care of. I recommend them to all of my rescue friends and everyone with pets. I am so happy with their QOS! <3

I found this place when My friend told me about saving money from dog and cat food. I was so surprised after speaking to Chad about this, our food arrived so quickly. Our dogs who do not like Purina Pro Plan, they gave me credit for the unused portions and I donated the rest of the 2 1/2 cases, whatever my dogs would not eat. They told me that they can not take them back that they will credit me on this and I donated the rest of the food to a dog shelter , which I did today. What great service. I wanted to make sure that all the foods that I ordered are all made in the USA and not some lacking place in South China where they mix human parts with dogs to make a food. I will buy again. The service is so fast and Free Shipping too.
