Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I have tried a fair number of pet food sites over the years, and Chewy is hands down my favorite. As soon as I found them, that was it -- I will never order from anywhere else! The prices are excellent, the selection is terrific, the site is easy to use, and the shipping is free. But that isn't the best part about dealing with them. What really makes Chewy awesome is the people!! They are just SO darn nice, and helpful, and genuinely friendly. You know you are dealing with pet lovers who really, really want you to be happy and to order from them again. I don't know if this is owner run and operated, but it sure feels like it. Ordering from Chewy is like dealing with a small, friendly, locally run store that actually cares about my pup. They are terrific!!!

I love this company. The customer service people who take my orders are sooooooo sweet and always put up with my yaking. They will try to save me money by telling me about coupons. I am on a strict fixed income and try to take care of some of the throw-away pets in my neighborhood and appreciate anything they can do to save me money. Today I got free treats with a coupon. Thank you Sharon! Tour customer Nancy D.

I love Chewy.com, from their prices to selection to customer service. My spoiled dog needs limited ingredient food, plus he's 120 lbs and eats A LOT. So finding his food $10 cheaper than in store was a great relief. Their customer service is amazing. I wasn't paying attention to my autoship date and wasn't ready for another bag yet. They customer service rep saw that my box was already on the truck ready to ship, she ran out there to personally pull it off herself, saving me and extra bag of food and and extra expense. Top notch company.

I never do reviews good or bad but I felt like I needed to for this. I ordered the wrong food and when it got here I did not pay attention and opened it. I usually don't make the mistake of ordering the wrong food. However, I opened chat up and spoke to "David R" not expecting a refund but trying to inquire what shelter or something around my area that would accept an opened bag of food that was unused. Instead of finding a place, Chewy refunded the full amount and told me to donate the food to a shelter. Obviously this was my mistake and I ordered the right version of it soon after but I did not fish for a refund because I knew it was my fault. Anyways, great company and just thought I'd share my experience since I've been a customer for 3 years.

The people at Chewy are a breath of fresh air in the low expectations customer service world we live in today. Below are just a few of the highlights on why we recommend Chewy to all of our friends and family with animals, but the bottom line is that Chewy makes my life much simpler and less stressful. Buying stuff for my pets, while highly necessary, is not something that should command a ton of my time or induce stress. Chewy makes that happen through their entire business model. - Best prices I have found for our cats' medicated food, and really, everything we buy. - Best auto ship functionality I have used. I can easily add new recurring or one-time items to my next auto ship order, or cause my auto-ship order to ship on demand if I need it sooner than originally expected. They send you an email reminder that your auto-ship is going to ship soon so you can add other last-minute items you may have forgotten that you actually need. - 2 day shipping - for when you realize you're running low on dog chews and your teething puppy will eat your furniture (and the wall trim) if she doesn't have proper chew stimuli. - Easiest mobile shopping. I created a profile so that I can place an order in ~3 steps and be off to spend my time doing anything else. - BEST customer service. I've only had two issues with them but all I had to do is hit reply to the shipping email they sent me and explain my issue. They replied both times within 10 minutes (even on the weekend) and resolved the issue the first time around with impeccable ease and stellar customer service.

Where do I start??!!!....... Our dog has chronic allergies and licked his paws until they were raw (literally no hair on all four paws!) Before we took him to the vet for diagnosis, we tried to prevent him from licking by ordering dog shoes through Chewy.com. The shoes were delivered faster than Amazon and decided to order two more pairs. After we took him to the vet we no longer needed one pair of the shoes we ordered. When I called for a RMA, the representative I spoke with told me her own doggie experience and said Chewy.com will credit my credit card and to just donate the shoes to an animal shelter of our choice. This gesture from a company, who truly believes in the the well being of animals, and not out to make money like the big corporations out there, made me do a back flip! Thank you Chewy.com for keeping it real!!!

This company is not only great for convenience (getting pet supplies automatically shipped to your home at discounted prices and intervals of your liking), but their customer service is phenomenal ... and that's difficult to come by nowadays. My autoship order confirmation showed up in my email yesterday saying that 3 bags of food had shipped, but I usually only order 2. Upon calling their customer service line I spoke to a woman named Asia and she immediately refunded me for the 3rd bag, no questions asked but said that she wouldn't be able to stop it from getting delivered since the order had already shipped. I asked if there was a return label that I could use to send it back and she informed me that they didn't need the extra bag back and that I could donate it to a rescure or shelter of my choice. So when the order arrives I will be dropping off the 3rd bag to Mackenzie's Animal Shelter, which is a shelter near my old house where I've always wanted to volunteer. Asia then asked me if I would like for her to correct the number of bags I have listed on my autoship from 3 to 2, which means I had my ordet set for them to send 3 bags at a time somehow but they still refunded me with no hassle and are still allowing me to donate the extra bag instead of asking for it back. I am more than 100% satisfied and will continue to keep suggesting this amazing company to others!

I order some prescription food for my seventeen-year-old cat who was suffering renal failure. Sadly he died before he used any of the food. I called Chewy to ask if I could return the food. They said to donate it to a nearby animal shelter and gave me a full refund. I did in the name of my cat, Tommy. Good job, Chewy. Thanks again.
