Not only did a real person immediately respond to an email I sent, and instant follow up email responses, they far exceeded all expectations to resolve the issue (was not even their fault, it was my mistake). I will not go anywhere else for my pet products. They are the best. I LOVE CHEWY.COM!!!

I've been buying food, treats and toys from Chewy.com for a few years now. They are timely, well priced, and I can't say enough good things about their customer service. They answer on the first ring, are extremely kind and make whatever issue right, right away! FedEx lost one of our packages and they refunded me and sent a replacement immediately. They are AMAZING! Highly recommend.

Chewy is the best website for good, toys and anything my Pom needs. The last time I ordered some stuff I turned on the autoship function, but then totally forgot about it. Soon, another package came with the same stuff as my previous order. As I still got all of the items and I didn't need another ones I asked to return the order. The lady I chatted with told my that I will receive my refund shortly and I am more than welcome to donate everything in the package to a shelter. Let me say, I didn't believe my eyes! This is sooo generous from these guys! This is just awesome! I will definitely donate everything to the animals in our local shelter and I am sure they will be very thankful! The best website ever!

They stated the item was going to be 1-2 day shipping. 1 week later I contact them and this is what they sent me. Hi Lacey, Oh no! It looks like your order might have taken a wrong turn somewhere, so I'm sending you a replacement for that wandering cat tree. It's on its way and I'd expect it to arrive by Saturday, if the weather cooperates. Please let us know if we can help you out with anything else. We're always here to lend a paw! We set our account up with them about 10 days ago. It was to be an auto ship account where the food comes each month. Simple transaction. They billed our credit card no less than three times for the shipment! We noticed it right away and called them, they said that this was a common occurrence and the charges would drop off ! Imagine that! Sure enough, today two of the charges have dropped off and guess what, a third one has appeared! We are canceling our standing order today. The food arrived promptly, it was about 150 dollars. We have been billed over six hundred dollars! We are calling them as I write this and canceling our order. Don't order your pet food there!
