I called customer service - a HUMAN answered and was so kind to replace the damaged one and also send a complimentary along with it! Don't change a thing! Keep up the great work!!

well first i want to point out these insane prices!!! i will never step foot into a petsmart again after discovering this site. also, the best part... i accidentally ordered a small kong ball for my pitbull puppy. i called to see if i could exchange it out for a bigger size and if there was a shipping return label or something i could print out. 1. when i called, i never spoke to a computer, the phone rang maybe twice before a very nice girl picked up. 2. she refunded me the price for the kong ball, and ordered me the other bigger size that i wanted for me over the phone. 3. when i asked her about how to send back the small kong ball she simply told me to donate it to a local shelter, or give it to someone that might need it. and for the very reason, Chewy.com is the best site. to just simply ask to donate the unwanted, accidental item instead of going through the hassle of returning it. to just give it to someone in need. i think that fact alone speaks for this website in so many ways. i have been telling all of my friends and family about this site whether they have animals or not lol! coming across this site is the best thing that has happened to my pup and my bank account!

I ordered for the first time yesterday, and I received my order today..The prices are great and the delivery was faster than I expected. I will definitely be ordering again..

I have a rescue dog that needs prescription diet food and I would normally have to go to the vet to get it but once I heard about Chewy.com I was excited that it could be delivered to me rather than me rushing home from work to make it to the vet before they close. Not only is their website so user friendly, the Autoship program is a breeze to navigate. Now I don't have to log on every 2-3 weeks and put it in the cart, check out, etc. It just ships when I tell it to. And since her food is a tad expensive, I get free shipping. They recently sent me the wrong "flavor" for one of the cases of food so I hopped on their website and did the Live Chat. I explained what happened (I still have enough of the right food so I wasn't looking for a quick replacement for free or anything) and she said she'd send a replacement case at no charge and when I asked if I should send back the wrong food, she said to donate it to a local shelter. I work in customer service so I know how refreshing it is to be treated so well. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your pet needs.

I am so happy with chewy. I ordered toys probably about 6 of them with the company Kong and my dog ripped them up within 20 minutes I emailed chewy.com and they refunded me right away. I also ordered food with my order and I received everything within 24 to 48 hours of purchasing it online. I have my dog food now on auto-ship and I save a percentage each time.

I said in a product review that i had one fault with a small toy but I was able to fix it... and got an email that I was getting refunded! Unheard of customer service. Unexpected. Blown away.

I made a mistake with a shipment date and caused an overdraft fee in my checking acct. Not only did chewey reverse the entire charge... but told me when my bank statement came in to send them a copy and they would pay the bank overdraft fee !! I think this is Unheard of in this day & time . I cannot imagine shopping any place else..! .?........& i have two dogs !!

Claim to have 1 or 2 day shipping but my order took a week....lots of promises no delivery.....
