I had an item shipped to me that was damaged upon arrival. I called customer service and the gentleman (Arie) that helped me was incredibly pleasant and accommodating. This was my first time ordering from Chewy and I will certainly be ordering with the company again. I did not have to return the broken item and they immediately sent out a replacement.

I just got a puppy and have ordered a bunch of stuff from them and every time I call the customer service is excellent! They are super nice and I needed to return a metal cage and they told me they will refund me and to donate the cage to a shelter of my choice! That's amazing! In my opinion this is a great company and I will continue to order from them for all my needs!

I had a Pomerian dog who had digestive problems requiring special food. I ordered her food from Chewy's for several years and was always impressed with the variety of specialty foods they offered and their wonderful customer service. Just this last week my best friend of 15 years passed away. I called Chewy's asking if I could return the left over cans of her food. They refunded my entire order, saying I should donate the food to an animal shelter. They had done this for me in the past, and that alone made me a loyal customer. I came home from work today and on my doorstep was a BEAUTIFUL flower arrangement with white roses and lilies. I was amazed when I read the card, expressing sympathy for my loss, and signed from Denise and the Chewy Family. I am blown away by the kindness and love from this company. I encourage anyone to try them out and see for yourself what all the other pet supply companies are lacking compared to Chewys. Suzanne

ordered a retractable leash and never really felt completely comfortable using it on my dog since he tends to pull occasionally. after logging in to the website and trying to figure out how to return the product with no such luck, I decided it was easier to just call customer service. when I called, I spoke with a wonderful lady rather than a computer/automatic voice system. they immediately refunded my account and when I asked about a shipping label and how to send the product back, the lady simply asked me to donate it to a local shelter, stating they do not take products back since they do not reuse them. so so so impressed with this site! definitely a customer for life.

I could not find a better price on the product i ordered anywhere else. I recieved my package in 2 days! Amazing! I have not had that fast of shipping with online orders I've placed with other companies.

This is truly the most helpful website I have ever found! It could not be any easier to manage an autoship account. It couldnt be much faster and anything over $50 ships free. With 4 animals, this is an easy number to hit. So, my orders always ship free without weight limits (I have 2 or 3, 28 lb. Boxes of kitty litter delivered to my door every 4 weeks!!!!) I started with a base order of things that I knew I would need every month. But, sometimes I need a little more kitty litter and sometimes I need a little more crunchy food. I just go on, adjust my order and my ship date if I need to and click save. My order is always correct and arrives very quickly. I also love that it arrives via FedEx and not the United States Postal Service because they will always leave the package at my door. The post office will not.

I have to say that every time I have had to contact CS their response has been quick,professional and thorough.Also I am impressed with the turn around time once you place an order. There have been times when I forgot to order something and once I place the order I had it within two days without extra shipping charges...Prices are great as I have compared them to other on line suppliers.
