Great company. Came when they said it would and it was easy to track. We are vacationing from Canada and could not find our dog food brand in any of the pet stores so we ordered from a Chewy.com. Happy we did not have to change the dog over to a different brand👍😀

I just cannot say enough great things about this company. We recently purchased the wrong food, and they gave us a full refund and instead of having us send the food back, they asked us to donate it to our local animal shelter. They have INCREDIBLE customer service and get back to me within minutes when I email them. I will shop here for life.

I ordered 3 seresto flea collars for my 2 cats & dog, it did not say an estimated shipping arrival date so I assumed it would be like 7-10 business days. I got them in the mail 2-3 days later and they were cheaper than every other website online. I will definitely use this website again.

I have been using chewy for nearly a year. Should have done sooner. Reasonably priced. if you really care about your dogs diet, very healthy. I use wellness happy hips dry and canned and great for my bulldogs joints. also happy hips treats. Noticed his allergies and shedding is minimal

This company is beyond amazing! I have been utilizing them for almost a year! There are many things I apreciate: Even though I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, and they deliver my dog Zoey's food right to our apartment door! When there is a minor mix up, I get excited to talk to the customer service agents because there is no long wait, beyond pleasant to talk too, AND they make it right.
