I just love love love all there products! Excellent website.

I have been a Chewy.com customer for a number of months. They have always delivered on time and the correct, complete order. Prices are better then my local pet store and I don't have to lug this stuff around. My dogs LOVE to see the Chewy box. I even received a handwritten Christmas card. If I had not already been really impressed and happy with Chewy.com my local dog rescue spoke about someone who had ordered an incorrect item and when they contact Chewy.com to exchange it they were told to donate the item to the rescue.

They disabled my account because I had returned a large bulk order of food/treats/bully sticks (Primal Freeze dried that's 30$+ a bag of 14 oz, and we all know bully sticks are ridiculously expensive in bulk) We found out my 7 month old dog is allergic too. After saying they wouldn't fill any of my orders anymore.... I proceeded to say "because my dog is allergic to the food I purchased?! Really?!" The manager on the phone just kept repeating some text book response not even caring that the return was because the food made my dog sick. Pretty messed up!!!!! Won't be shopping here anymore since they disabled my account... and because their "100% return policy" is bogus. Thanks for nothing chewy.com and for making it even harder to purchase food my dog can actually eat and isn't ALLERGIC too!!!!!

I mistakenly asked for regular shipments of cat food, I guess, because they started coming! So I called Chewy to say that I did not want that, because I need to change my cat's food due to digestion problems. Not only did they credit me for the two unopened bags of food, as well as shipping charges, they also asked me to donate the food to a shelter! They couldn't have been nicer. Very impressive! They have me for a customer forever! Thanks Chewy - class act. Beth

Shipped my order to the wrong address, they took care of it with no problems at all! Everytime i call they are always courteous and kind. 10/10!

Do your price comparisons: I've found cheaper stuff online or at my store at times, but there are several reasons why I usually go with Chewy.com: 1. When I ordered pet supplies from Amazon, their shipping method was always hit and miss. Sometimes it would be delivered to my door, sometimes to my mailbox (in a bank of mailboxes over a mile from my home), or left at the post office - a 10-mile drive up the mountain. Chewy.com ALWAYS delivers to my door. I'll pay extra for that (sometimes!) 2) There are some items that are just flat-out cheaper at Chewy.com. We've got so many songbirds around our house, it's like a Hitchcox film. Their finch food is hands down the cheapest, and the finches love it. 3) Chewy.com always packs their boxes with big pieces of crinkly brown paper. it's like crack for my two new rescue kittens. A sturdy cardboard box + Crinkly brown paper + Kittens = Best entertainment ever!

I haven't bought from Chewy--almost did, but didn't for a reason. Late this morning I added Purina's Fortiflora to the cart in addition to another item. A few hours later (it's 2:45 in the afternoon), I went back to the site, about to register for an account, to find that the price has changed from $25.00 a box to $27.99-- within hours!!! I called them up and was told that their prices do fluctuate to reflect the demands. Is this stock market or are we talking about the price of precious metals? I decided not to continue with my new account registration. Was going to use their first order discount. Without it, their prices aren't really better than Amazon or Ebay.

Chewy.com's prices beat out all! They have a great selection of products.While it's not their fault if you order low-quality items for your furry friend, according to another review, they will fix it for you. I just got a box today that was missing a product, so I used click to chat, and in less than five minutes, the issue was resolved, and the missing product will be on its way out to me tomorrow! Amazing, guys, just AMAZING!
