Never got any product including my invisible fence. Worthless customer service ..mmfyi outsourced to India FYI. Absolutely awful care for customer service and are hinging on illegal activity and charges without offering product or refund. Items were never delivered or even attempted to ship

THE TEMPTATIONS TREATS ARE IN A PLASTIC CONTAINER THEY WERE SMASHED BY THE 30 POUND BAG OF DOG FOOD. THEY WERE ALL OVER THE BOX.IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROTECTED BETTER. OTHER THEN THAT I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I WAS A FIRST TIME BUYER

I haven't have a better experience returning something!!! I needed to return a travel bag that it was too little for my dog. It was easy and....they asked me to donate the bag to a dogs shelter....... Wow!! I am impressed!! I will continue buying from you!!! I consider the service very good, quickly, costumer service amazing and I recommend them 100%.

Absolutely love this company! Their delivery service is very fast. I have dealt with other companies, some of them are very good also and do carry some items Chewy doesn't. However the selections are extremely large, the prices are good and the delivery is best.

I have ordered from other Pet sites and decided to try Chewy. I will not use anyone else. I was so impressed with their packaging. I order for my cat and feral cats and the packages of wet food comes very secure in great shipping packaging. The pack the box with enough shipping paper that things don't flop around and come damaged. The prices are by far the best I have seen. My orders have always arrived within 2 days!! Definitely love Chewy! Keep up the good work.

My latest package came OVERNIGHT! I honestly cannot say enough kind things about this company. I have ordered quite a few times, and it has been tremendous. The prices are great, the shipping is SO FAST ! The only time I dealt with Customer Service is when they send a Thank You postcard, HAND SIGNED, and mentioning my dog ! Thank you so much Chewy ! ****I have to add - I am a LOYAL Chewy customer, and the past year I have been on Auto-Ship for my diabetic dog. SO EASY! I don't know what Tiger & I would do without Chewy!

The vet who operated on my cat for a urinary blockage recommended buying Hill's prescription diet food from Chewy.com. I ordered a shipment this past Monday, Feb. I3 and made sure to spend $56.55 (well over the required $49 for free 1-2 day shipment) because my cat needed the food quickly. Today, Thurs. Feb. 16, I checked the status to see why my shipment hadn't arrived yet. The tracking order said it hadn't left the warehouse yet. When I called customer service, they gave me some song and dance about I ordered on a Monday and they had to check with the vet (they require you put the vet's info on the order for prescription food). I had entered all the info and there was no reason for the delay. The rep said she'll call the vet now but clearly the order wasn't shipping any time soon. I'm not sure I'll trust this company again. Very disappointed customer.

Chewy has better prices than even the Big W, and they carry all the same items you'll find in a big box pet store, as well as some of the hard to find premium pet foods. I've been purchasing all my pet supplies from them for about 2 years now, and I am always amazed by their product selection, incredibly low prices, and top notch customer support. And it's so much more convenient having everything shipped to your door (for free) instead of lugging all those heavy items home from a store. I recommend Chewy to everyone... I'll never buy my pet supplies anywhere else!
